Ms. Johnson then said that in addition to Mr. Lewis, there was an Arab standing next to Leslie, who, she said, was serving as a spirit guide to Leslie. She added that this spirit guide was not really an Arab, but rather someone who dressed as an Arab. Ms. Johnson revealed that this Arab fellow wanted Leslie to develop as a medium to be of service to humanity. Ms. Johnson concluded by saying: “In the not too distant future, you will be doing the same kind of work as I am doing and you will become a very famous medium.” This was the third important thing that happened when Leslie was 15 years of age. Researcher Melvin Harris examined the tapes of Flint's direct-voice mediumship and wrote "I have to conclude that his spirits are awfully mixed up. His Valentino speaks with a stage French accent – shades of Charles Boyer – while his George Bernard Shaw sounds like an irascible English colonel, with no trace of his precise and memorable soft Irish brogue." Harris believed Flint to be a fraud and compared his mediumship to the fraudulent medium William Roy. [4] H. Dennis Bradley, an Irish playwright and scornful skeptic of afterlife communication had two seances, one with medium George Valiantine and the second with medium Gladys Osborne Leonard. In the first, he spoke with his deceased sister. He called it the "most staggering event of my life." He wrote that "Doubt took flight when faced by an unchallengeable fact and the mind understood in a flash that what had hitherto appeared to be impossible was possible." You may read the entire account of his seances and reactions at this link: H. Dennis Bradley. Most people who have been involved in séances or in these circles have identified themselves as Spiritualists, as they are motivated to allow the spirits of deceased people to communicate with the living. Ectoplasm is a term Spiritualists use to describe the life energy produced by a physical medium. Danish Physical Medium Einer Nielsen Produces Ectoplasm, which is Photographed Let us start from the beginning regarding the development of Leslie Flint’s physical mediumship. Flint was born in 1911 in England. His father left the family when he was a young child and his mother, who preferred partying with male companions, left Leslie to live with her mother. As such, Leslie was raised by his maternal grandmother in conditions of poverty.

You can read the transcript of a reunion between a woman and her deceased loved one during a David Thompson seance and listen to the recording at this link: I have a rare gift known as 'independent direct voice mediumship'. I do not speak in trance, I need no trumpets or other paraphernalia. Most physical mediums must be in dark room for their mediumship to manifest. For reasons that are unclear, bright light interferes with the use of the medium’s life energy or ectoplasm. Perhaps darkness allows spirit beings to more easily perceive and thus use ectoplasm. This is why Flint’s autobiography is entitled, Voices in the Dark. First Hand Descriptions of Heaven or the Afterlife Ms. Johnson, on the stage, appeared to have fallen asleep in her chair. Leslie was astonished when this sleeping woman stood up and started speaking in a deep male voice. Leslie wondered if Ms. Johnson was a man masquerading as a woman. In actuality, Ms. Johnson was in a trance and she was channeling a deceased man who gave a discourse on Life Eternal. By the way, in my work with Kevin Ryerson, it has been affirmed that Rudolph Valentino has reincarnated as the actor John Travolta. To learn more, please go to:Is there life after death? How can one be certain there is an afterlife? Why does mainstream academic science continue to reject the afterlife? Is there any real scientific proof or evidence that there is life after death? If so, what is the afterlife really like? It is extremely important to know all one can regarding the afterlife otherwise ignoring Spirit and remaining materialistically closed minded could have extremely negative consequences. The following subjects will be covered: He refers to David's grandmother, then after a silence, the whispering voice of Florence begins to speak to Brian. Each group of people would assemble in the sitting room of Leslie’s London flat in anticipation. Deceased of all descriptions would come and talk to them, not only their relatives. It was as if there was a microphone in the spirit world and the spirit would stand in line waiting their turn to speak. Voices would come from all corners of the room and often several would converse at once, giving detailed descriptions of their life on Earth and other pieces of personal information. After Leslie, at a height of 5 foot and 2 inches, was sitting in Ms. Cook’s circle for over a year, unexpectantly, Ms. Cook herself fell into a trance. Her spirit guide Shu-Shu then spoke through Ms. Cook and said that she would demonstrate a sacred dance ritual that she, Shu-Shu, had performed as a high priestess in ancient Egypt. The Egyptian Spirit Guide Shu-Shu Performs a Dance through Ms. Cook

This book presents highly convincing evidence amounting to proof for the existence of the afterlife. It shows that after investigating the evidence some of the most brilliant men and women scientists and others came to the conclusion that we all survive death. But I certainly didn’t see any streetcars and automobiles, and all that kind of thing. But then again, I understand on the lower spheres nearer to Earth, those things exist. Everything is a matter of the state of mind of the people who inhabit that particular place.

As such, I was particularly interested when I found out about the work of Leslie Flint, who has been proclaimed as the most gifted direct voice medium in history. In contrast to a trance medium, like Kevin Ryerson, where spirits utilize the medium’s vocal cords to communicate with human beings, a direct voice medium is able to use his or her life energy to allow spirit beings to communicate in their own natural voices through an energetic device, an energetic voice box or amplifier, a device that allows spirits to speak to human beings directly. The medium and many others before and since described a "voice box" that those in spirit used to communicate that was created just for the purpose and disappeared afterward. The sittings always occurred in the dark.

Sometimes those who speak from beyond the grave can achieve only a whisper, hoarse and strained. At other times they speak clearly and fluently in voices recognisably their own during life. Not only that, but the descriptions are consistent with the insights of mediums recorded now in many books, such as The Supreme Adventure, Analyses of Psychic Communications, by Robert Crookall, (1961, James. Clarke & Co., Ltd.). Crookall's book is based on accounts from a variety of mediums. If actors had agreed to engage in fraud and create these remarkable characters, we would have to wonder how they managed to project their voices so clearly and audibly into the area around the medium when skeptics had the medium bound and gagged and were anxiously watching for fraud. Then, what happened to these hundreds of talented actors since the recordings were made? How is it possible that they've all kept silent about their subterfuge all these years, en masse? It would require an incredible conspiracy to even manage such a feat, but to keep it all secret with hundreds of participants who received no money for their efforts would be simply impossible. According to spiritualists, direct-voice mediumship occurs when those who have died can be heard talking in their own voices in the presence of a medium. The spirits do not use the medium's voice box or vocal organs but rather speak through a voicebox constructed of ectoplasm, a substance that forms from the medium's body. This letter strengthened Leslie’s resolve to attend Ms. Cook’s home circle. After he arrived, the six attendees were seated around a large, heavy table. The lights were dimmed and after ten minutes a loud rap was heard from the center of the table. Ms. Cook said the rap meant that the spirits were ready to communicate. The procedure for spirit communication in this circle was done by one member of the circle going through the alphabet and the spirits would rap on the table to indicate when a letter was pronounced that they wanted to use. By doing this repetitively, the spirits could spell their messages. It was a remarkable feat for the people no longer using bodies to create a voice box and attempt to mimic what they sounded like while still in a body on Earth decades or centuries before. The ectoplasmic voice box has not a molecule of the long-dead throat disintegrating in a grave somewhere. And yet consistently, those who knew the deceased said the qualities of the voices matched the people who had died. The skeptics don't take into account the length of the conversations while being utterly natural, real and meaningful in their nature; or the impossible features of some of the recordings such as voices changing over in mid-sentence or some voices changing pitch; some voices going on and on for over 10 minutes without ever stopping for breath; the strange fact that none of the voices ever coughed or cleared their "etheric" throats; and the incredibly weird descriptions of bubbles coming out of a sitter's (Mr. George Woods) hair as described by spirit communicator and former British school boy, Bobby Tracy. Leslie Flint was often heard speaking or coughing independently of the voices floating around him, which totally rules out ventriloquism. How would one be successful at ventriloquism in the dark anyway? In 1970 William Rauscher and Allen Spraggett attended a sitting with Flint in New York and said that Flint's mediumship was a disaster as the spirit voices sounded exactly like Flint. [15] I have been blessed to work with Kevin Ryerson, a world-famous trance medium, who has been featured in the four of Shirley MacLaine’s books. The way that Kevin works is that he goes into a meditative state or a trance, much like sleep, and he allows spirit beings to use his vocal cords to speak to human beings. I have worked with Kevin monthly since 2001.

These are descriptions of Flint's activities and those of the people who attended and recorded his sessions: Although Turner had been attending these seances for several weeks, non of the sitters knew he was a dentist. He said he remembered Peter coming to him for treatment some years before but he did not know he had joined the RAF and had not heard of his “death”. Reports in detail one experiment where he conducted a séance with elastoplast pressed over his lips, bandages over the elastoplast and his hands and legs tied to a chair. The observers concluded that in spite of the above restrictions the voices were soon speaking with their usual clarity, even shouting. Some twelve persons in the room all heard more than enough to convince the most obdurate skeptic that the sealing of Mr Flint's lips in no way prevented the unseen speakers from saying anything they wished. At the conclusion of the experiment they found the plaster and the cords intact and undisturbed. Grant, John. (2015). Spooky Science: Debunking the Pseudoscience of the Afterlife. Sterling Publishing. p. 45. ISBN 978-1-4549-1654-3Based on twenty-two years of research, this compelling and revelationary book contains spectacular eye-witness accounts of seance phenomena and dramatic communi- cations from several famous people, notably Sir Winston Churchill, from the spirit world. Fascinating information written by Robin P. Foy. Go here to find out more: In Pursuit of Physical Mediumship The dead became a normal part of his world early and enduringly, when aged eight, he saw the apparently solid figure of a deceased uncle in his granny's kitchen. Around the same time, Flint grew aware that the voices whispering all around him at the cinema in that silent era, hadn't paid for their admission. He was, in turn, a cemetery gardener, and impromptu gravedigger, a semi professional dancer - up to trophy hunting standard, a cinema usher and a barman, before becoming a medium. I understand I've taken a bold step in the uploading of these recordings because they are not my recordings at all, they belong to humanity. However, suffering humanity seriously needs to listen to all of them ASAP to help them awaken into a vaster paradigm of thinking beyond the highly materialistic, dogmatic, conflicting, confusing, and physically limited concepts of life too often taken for granted. Our world, so full of conflicts, wars, ecological and natural disasters, injustice, racism, bigotry, fears (of death) and all manner of other sufferings caused by so much darkness and incorrect thinking, desperately needs to listen to these tapes. You can judge the veracity of the speakers by simply listening to some of them. Listen to Ted Butler's description of what happened to him in the days after his death, or to Al Pritchatt's account of his death on a battlefield of World War I. You will hear real people speaking about what actually happened to them. Nothing in their messages suggests insincerity or deceit; all of the other recorded voices have the same candid, genuine quality. Flight-Lieutenant Peter Kite who was killed when his machine crashed in the Norwegian offensive in April, has succeeded in transmitting perfect proof of his survival.
