The Lancashire Bomb is matured over 2 years, creating a very creamy and full flavoured taste and texture. The Shorrock family have been making Lancashire Cheese since 1923, and Andrew Shorrock’s Grandfather won Supreme Champion at the Preston Open Cheese Competition in 1938.
