It is either a result of the maximum energy outage that the model in question has, or it is marked as a class rating. Hetty has a highly efficient motor, a 10 metre cable and rewind storage system, and comes with a host of useful accessories. With such a large range it is tough to pick an outright favourite, but with all these hoovers coming from Numatic you’ll be getting a fantastic vacuum whichever you decide to go with. It’s more expensive than the corded Henry and doesn’t have the longest run-time, but the strong suction and large capacity mean it’s much better suited to heavy cleaning than most cordless models.

There are a variety of considerations to be made before you make your final choice from the Henry vacuum range. Beyond that, the Henry vacuum cleaner range has a pet hair model, a wet/dry model, and come in a variety of shapes and sizes. George’s younger brother, Charles Hoover is another all-in-one vacuum that can tackle both dry and wet surfaces with ease. Now, for those of us who are not fans of inhaling the entire contents of our cordless vacuums upon emptying them into the bin, and are likewise tired of re-hoovering the dispersed contents, this might just be a saving grace. After pressing the ‘On’ button (which is regrettably, slightly annoyingly on the front of the hoover, as opposed to behind the handle), there’s a handy ‘Plus’ button that increases the airflow significantly.Like the full-size Hetty, the HET160 has on-board storage for tools, a cable rewind system and energy-saving motor. There’s also a number of Henry models with their own selling points, such as the Henry Xtra – a slide upgrade on Henry due to his extra tools – Henry Allergy, Henry Wash and Henry Micro. This is because there are 10 pods in every pack, and they’re designed so that you’d get through about 10-20 per year depending on how much you use your Henry Quick.

It still has a 10 metre cable, on-board tool storage and energy efficient motor, but is easier to move around. Nevertheless, in my two weeks of owning a Henry Quick, I haven’t remotely felt the need to change the pod. If you decide Charles is the wet and dry vacuum for you, you’ll be getting a great all-in-one vacuum cleaner with plenty of bag capacity. So, while the Professional is hardly revolutionary, it could be a good option for small offices or other commercial environments – especially as it’s not much more expensive than the standard model.

The largest of the Henry vacuums is the George, which is a 4-in-1… although the Charles comes close. It’s more expensive, but the Airobrush floor head is great for cleaning carpets and removing pet hair. uk/browse/appliances/vacuum-cleaners-and-floorcare/vacuum-cleaners/c:29693/brands:henry/" on this server.
