We may not always be able to see our loved ones for a variety of reasons, but we can let them know what they mean to us and how much we miss them. I was skeptical of all of similar sorts of books in the past and wondered whether they would have good longevity in practical use, but this is really easy to follow and adopt into my daily life — look forward to any future publications!
