About this deal
I understand the scent combo they’re going for, but I’d much rather a jazz club in a city that has banned indoor smoking. Also get florals, but all and all I do enjoy the scent, I'd reach for it here and there but mostly for layering. The REPLICA collection from 1994 is particularly remarkable, as it presents pieces of clothing and replicas of handmade accessories from various parts of the world. I was told by my friend that I should mention, that "this is the smell, that someone who has never been to a jazz club imagines a jazz club to smell. The scent has a lot going on: a sharp pepper note at the start, a prominent boozy vibe in the heart, all set against a vanilla backdrop.

The tobacco and top notes faded out right after the initial spray, revealing the warmer rum and vanilla notes, which lasted several hours after. While this scent is unisex, if you are a man who is looking for a signature scent that is masculine but not in the vein of a Paco Ribanne or any of the louder club-scents, I recommend looking into this one.
Someone who wears leather to read books at the library, or who rides a motorcycle to get a hot drink and slice of cake at a cafe. It smelt a lot like a high end version of a lynx antiperspirant that I used when I was kid combined with the smell they pipe into the dungeon museum near where I live.
It feels as if Alison Massenet reached a fork in the road while creating Jazz Club and couldn't decide which way to go. If you're into more robust and complex fragrances, this one might be worth a try, but for me, I'll explore other options that suit my liking better.
I’ve been wearing it recently and I realized it comes off very feminine on my skin, just with that undertone of tobacco that’s there. The sensations brought by Rum absolute are transporting and intoxicating, exactly what is expected in a Jazz Club.Because to me this is really just an nice, inoffensive, slightly masculine leaning scent for the colder months. While I may wish for a bit more projection, the magic it weaves in those close encounters is undeniable. Product condition: NewReplica Jazz Club is a men's fragrance launched in 2013 by French fashion label Maison Margiela. Although still different from 'By the Fireplace' and 'Autumn Vibes' by Margiela, the smoky tobacco and drunken rum feels that come with this have a makeout sesh with the sweeter vanilla that comes out later.
Listen to the jingling of cocktails preparation and lively conversations that interweave with the soft melody of jazz music played by a piano, a double bass or a saxophone. Wasn't too excited about it first but once I discovered that layering it with something vanilla will make it more feminine and more "me" it got me. As someone who is a semi-regular to the Village Vanguard jazz club in NYC, this is truly a replica of that for me. NOTE: As a seller, you are solely responsible for the legitimacy of the product, and its images and descriptions.Admittedly I also initially bought this perfume with the idea of evoking the feeling of a jazz club: boozy like rum or whiskey, smokey, a bit dark and dimmed. Instead, the fragrance feels good but a tad one-note, as if it's trying too hard to be "classic" and "masculine" without offering anything new to the wearer.
