Can anyone suggest what I can use extend this connection - I thought that it would make sense just to have a 45amp junction box - however don't seem able to find these in Screwfix catalogue.

No doubt someone will come along with info about some Chinese manufacturer that makes a 45A jb, until then use the 60A and get the job done.
