Description

Everyone is familiar with the two input pairs on Marshall’s classic 1959 and 1987 heads – one for the normal “warm” channel and one for the crisp-sounding “high-treble” channel.

The Marshall MG50GFX Combo Amp is an awesome amp for the studio and gigging - anywhere you need great quality guitar sound in a combo amplifier. This particular model (50C Combo) has a three stage output 1 watt, 10 watt and 50 watt powered by the classic Marshall 12AX7 and EL34 combination of valves, it’s so handy to have the use of one watt for playing at home and recording. In Manual mode, it will operate like a normal amp, namely what you see on the front panel is what you get. it literally loves pedals and Les paul's classic 57's but does also a great job with P90 and Telecaster's PUs. We use cookies to analyse site usage, provide social media features and personalise content and ads.To this day, the combination of the amp and 4x12" cabinet - the "Marshall stack" - is synonymous with the energy and power of the Rock music genre.

With this Pre-Owned Marshall MG50 DFX Combo Amp you get the Marshall sound in a compact practice/gigging amplifier. In addition, the Tilt control allows you to blend in a second, more treble-rich voice with the normal one, which was achieved on the classic 1987 and 1959 models by bridging the inputs. Whether You’Re Practicing In A Garage Or Performing On Stage, These Amps Are Sure To Look With Their Gold Piping And Gold Metal Finish. If you’re just starting out or you’re working to a budget, these amps have everything you need – they sound great, they’re reliable, they’re affordable, and they say Marshall on the front.

The effect's are average at best, the amp settings were much better quality and gave ton's more range in tone and EQ of sound produced by the amp.

Our selection ranges from 10W practice amps to powerful cabinets and 100W heads for your very own Marshall stack. This amp is the pinacle of what I was looking for: a mid gain, loud and pedal friendly full tube amp.

This puristic 50-watt single-channel amp is fitted with two EL34 power tubes and delivers a sound reminiscent of the legendary JTM45 and JMP Super Lead 1987 amplifiers whilst offering contemporary features such as a master volume control, a gain boost function, and an effects loop. When I connect my guitar directly to the audio interface (Focusrite 2i2), it sounds noticeably calmer and bluesy. well done mashall, but can we have a soft bendy plastic top cover to go over the control panel,in white like the mashall badge on the front.Giving you authentic Marshall tone, it’s a great way to work on some tunes when you’re writing or rehearsing. It was the embodiment of the widely coined phrase, ‘proper tone’ and boy did it love having pedals in the front of it. With over 100 ready-to-rock presets, these powerful and gig-worthy amps are filled with 14 modelled preamps, 4 power amps and 8 speaker cabinets; not to mention 24 built-in effects too. The 14 MST preamp modules cover everything from classic Bluesbreakers to the hard-rocking JCM800, and even the modern JVM and DSL valve amps.
