Even though the cape and top are seperate parts, I decided that construction-wise it was better to cheat and put them together. I had quite a hard time finding the right shade of dark blue, but I'm pretty content with how this color turned out! As an act I decided to do the part with Chi-Chi's first appearance in the series (where she battles a dinosaur) combined with her picking flowers for Goku. That way the weight of the cape was on the top, my chest and my back instead of resting on the shoulderplates.

Even though it's a very important part when making a costume and something you can't escape if you want to make helmets/armor/props.I did a lot of test rounds at home and was wearing the costume since 6AM that morning without any problems and when it was almost time for me to get on stage (around 3PM) parts started to malfunction, so I got quite stressed thinking "what if something breaks or falls off on stage? Making the details for the chest plate made me sweat and curse quite a lot, because it was so small and fragile! I like with Lilith how she comes over as very sexy, but is still quite clothed (she only has bare shoulders). Definitely looking forward to seeing your Lilith progress too

So for this costume to be wearable again, I will have to remake and/or strengthen a lot of parts and to be honest I don't have much motivation for that right now and I prefer to move on to the next project.
