Finding Dotty encourages imagination and creativity in children of all ages, taking the everyday and breathing life into it! I enjoyed taking this journey with you albeit emotionally but life is a collection of emotions and the author captured hers well.

i think the best way to describe good poetry is the type that takes you on a journey, one that is an individual experience for all. i loved how the poems were categorised - the hurting and the healing were both incredibly emotional and heartfelt in different ways, but i felt so strongly towards the both of them. I felt like we didn't stay within a set of emotions long enough for them to be as impactful as they were meant to be. thank you to my dear and lovely friend lydia for not only introducing me to this poetry book, but introducing me to the world of jessica jocelyn and her wonderful words.I relate so much to a lot of what she says and I have closed my kindle and said “damn, she’s talking directly to my soul”.

The majority of pages are undamaged with minimal creasing or tearing, minimal pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins.a person can read a poem and feel one way, and someone else could read the exact same one and feel entirely different.
