The way you analyze the plot and characters while maintaining a sense of mystery makes me eager to read the book. I liked how she stood up for her friends when they were treated less special than her at public events. In case it’s not clear, this is a satirical revenge fantasy so the the plot has a tenuous basis in reality, and the characters, including Kitty, are more properly caricatures. She thought she would be caught, but when it appears that she has gotten away with it – the thrill, the glow she feels in her body is exhilarating and that’s where the addiction begins for Kitty. There would be an extremely important scene happening and the book just focuses on the high-end sofa or curtain or boots rather than the gravity of the scene.Kitty Collins is the vegan heiress of one of the biggest meat companies in the world and the millions that come with it. Yes, I get that the author was probably trying to empathize Kitty's priorities there, but I still found it dumb.
