About this deal

Dao Integrated Bus terminal in Tagbilaran City is your first stop. Ride a bus or jeepney going to Sikatuna from there, and from there, ride a motorcycle (habal-habal) going to Libjo. Inform the driver you’re headed for Mirror of The World Park.

The Mirror of the World and Botanical Garden is in Barangay Libjo, Sikatuna, Bohol and owned by Jan Yngvar Kolstø and Ann Dulogan Kolstø. Their hope in creating this incredible park and garden is to share their experiences of traveling the world to other visitors. For the safety of the visitors and park staff, COVID-19 protocols are strictly followed. Visitors should wear their masks at all times. How to get to Sikatuna, Bohol Prices vary greatly. I have personally hired these tourist vans for 2,000 pesos per day, but around 4,000 pesos per day is closer to the normal rate. Obviously, the more people you bring, the better the value. Organised Tour From Tagbilaran City, take a bus or jeepney bound for Sikatuna from the Dao Integrated Bus Terminal. Once in Sikatuna Public Market, take a tricycle or the haba-habal going to Libjo. Unfortunately, Mirror of the World is out of the normal range of a tricycle, thus you will need to find some other form of transportation. Drive a Car The Mirror of the World and Botanical Garden is owned by Jan Yngvar Kolstø and Ann Dulogan Kolstø. The couple built the Park to share their experiences and trips from abroad with the Filipinos and promote tourism in Sikatuna by bringing a new tourist destination to Bohol. When it comes to things to do in Bohol, most visitors normally hit the beach or the lush forests. It’s a welcome addition to add something completely different to your Bohol trip.Definitely bring a hat and sunscreen if visiting during the day. There’s not a lot of shade at the Mirrors of the World. This will improve over time as the new Botanical Garden matures. Should You Visit the Mirrors of the World? Motorcycles are cheap, local hotels and apartments usually hire them out for around 200 pesos per day. This is a great option in the warm tropical climate and one which makes it easy to add more Bohol activities of your choice. MNL-TAG – Daily flights (Z2354) with a travel time of 1.25 hours. Flights depart at 5PM and arrive at the Bohol–Panglao International Airport at 6:25PM. TAG-MNL – Daily flights (PR2774) with a travel time of 1.20 hours. The light show is actually nothing fancy, but the main attractions of Christ the Redeemer, Singapore Merlion and Statue of Liberty do change color from white to red to blue. The biggest attraction at night may actually be escaping the oppressive daytime heat. Personally, I would prefer to visit at night for this reason. Dining Out at Mirror of the World

Mirror of the World and Botanical Garden is dog-friendly, and dog owners must adhere to the Park’s pet rules. Every Saturday from May through June, Café Acropolis offers live music visitors can watch. Visitors can dine in Café Acropolis and indulge in local Filipino dishes. Soon to rise in Phase 2 are the Dutch Windmills of The Netherlands and the Mount Rushmore National Memorial in South Dakota. Phase 3 will bring Europe’s beautiful castles and chateaux and the historic Japanese Pagodas. Lastly, Phase 4 will present Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, London’s Big Ben, and the Petronas Twin Towers of Malaysia. MNL-TAG – Daily flights (Z2358) with a travel time of 1.25 hours. As much as many of us would love to travel to different parts of the world, we’re often constrained by our time and budget to a few destinations a year at most. But what if you could see a multitude of famous landmarks all at the same time while soaking up a unique travel experience?

Visitors are recommended to tour the Park in the early morning hours when the air is crisp and fresh or in the late afternoon for milder temperatures and to appreciate the Park at nighttime.
