Every smoke alarm, fire alarm, and CO alarm has to be tested regularly to make sure they work properly. The alarm has a RadioLINK+™ module , which allows it to send signals to other RadioLINK™ and RadioLINK+™ enabled alarms , so no wiring is required .
This means you won’t need to replace the battery at any point in the life of the alarm and also that the battery can not be removed ensuring continued protection. Simply download the AudioLINK App to your compatible Tablet or Smartphone to get acess to extra data such as CO activations, age (run time) and peak CO levels. Memory feature: records the last carbon monoxide alarm level; checks if CO has been present while the home owner was absent from property.
The alarm features AudioLINK Data Extraction Technology and has a downloading companion tablet and smartphone app which enables access to reports from the device your containing data such as alarm activations, CO levels and battery life.
Be safe when you test the alarm: make sure you use a solid ladder or chair to reach the smoke alarm or CO alarm and test it. A carbon monoxide alarm will detect the colorless, odorless, and tasteless CO which may leak, and it will let you know when there's a risk.We would just like to express our absolute gratitude with the support of these upcoming projects we have found ourselves working on. Please let us know should you like to discuss anything and we’ll get you in touch with an electrician who can provide a professional advice! The alarm has an ‘End of life’ indicator which will notify the user when the alarm needs replacing at the end if its seven year life.
