As we’ve already mentioned, the EufyCam 2 Pro comes as a kit with two weatherproof cameras and a base station. The base station, which is relatively compact at 5.11 x 3.07 x 3.07 inches / 13 x 7.8 x 7.8cm (h x w x d), offers 16GB of local storage for footage recorded by the camera. Eufy claims this should suffice for three months' worth of footage, based on 20 events a day, each lasting 30 seconds. While achieving that likely necessitates a fairly minimal usage profile, it’s still impressive. And if you mount the cameras with the included magnetic base, they’re easy to remove when it’s time to top the battery up. The slim, elongated design also makes aiming simple, though it also makes them fairly impossible to position without using the included mounting hardware. The app has a Power Manager option for each camera that can make the battery last longer, though. You can set the camera to Optimal Battery Life Mode, which limits video clips to 20 seconds to prevent draining the battery.
