This is not screechy, doesn't burn my eyes (jasmine...euuugh) and is smoother than any of the BO line that I've experienced...with the exception of the "BO-Le Parfum" which I absolutely am addicted to and adore beyond measure. Over all, this composition is really well done, and all the components do really go well together and complement each other. The bottle is super classy and looks great on the shelf. On me, the bergamot and the middle notes take over the base notes I wanted. I get so little caramel that it's almost invisible. There is ZERO vanilla for me. I waited over an hour for it to "develop" and, nope. Nothing. Performance is not that great for the price. Stays close to the skin and is gone after 4hours or so. On clothes longer but isn't that the case for pretty much every frag?? 🙄 Anyway, don't mind that if the price is ok but it's not, lol. Still expensive even at discounters. 😳

D&G The Only One INTENSE has not much in common with its previous 'the only one' flankers imo. - I think, it is the the best of all the flankers, as it seems to be the most grown. I have never tested this but it sounded like I’d like it so I had to treat myself lol. The initial spray smells of intense berries and powder. Reminds me of boujee skin care products. To me, it smells really good but not unique. But hey, sometimes all you need is a safe fragrance but with a twist. This screams to my a very flirtatious woman that either could be very serious one minute & turn very quirky and bubbly the next?? on me its the rich red rose , red berries for sweetness & the violet for that creaminess & the oh so beautiful amber drydown........and its kind of oddly addicting lol :) So after my signature *YSL Manifesto L'ELEXIR* in its gorgeous purple bottle has been discontinued (which broke my heart tbh), I was looking for a new fav that is:I like it, it's confident, bold, sweet, 'red'. When first sprayed I thought this is scent right up my alley that's sweet and reminds me a bit of La Vie Est Belle. Would be good for cooler months, more so at night, but could be worn during the day too. Ages 20-30. I think of my Latino roommates clubbing, as they had this type of scent bomb perfume. Slightly reminds minds me if Miss Boucheron. D&G has more of a fruit note though. Also slightly reminds me of Katy Perry Killer Queen, but this is MUCH better. KQ was too strong for me. This is def not a safe blind buy! The burnt caramel note emerges as it dries down, rounding out the base, a logical progression from the vanilla-coffee accord. The syrupy florals remain and a cloud of patchouli punctuates it with earthiness as it fades, becoming a sweet musky skin scent. Sillage is moderate and longevity is long-lasting.

These are different, but both are composed by perfumer Violaine Collas and both are sweet & lactonic with coconut. Dolce Garden has a more forward tropical quality that's more milky than creamy but you will catch a fleeting glimpse of it as TOOI dries down. Top notes of sparkling Italian mandarin, crisp green apple accord and golden neroli essence illuminate the radiant floral heart of the fragrance. Notes of dazzling gold orange blossom mingle with the heady sensuality of jasmine absolute, and are softly enveloped by creamy, lush coconut essence, which lends a warm and sunny aura to the scent. Smooth, sweet notes of dark vanilla in the base amplify its addictive quality, underpinned by grounding cedar and cashmere woods.Imagine a non-salty "Olympea EDP" with hints of a non-spicy "Crystal Noir EDP". You get "The Only One Intense" EDP. In a word, this fragrance bewitched me. Reminds me of a warmer version of La Nuit Tresor Nude, except with white flowers instead of rose. I own both, and while I'll use my bottles up, I don't think you need to have both of these perfumes in your collection. The thing is, what is it with D&G and the apple note? Did they buy the stuff in large barrels in the nineties and still need to get wrid of it? Lol. It get's me so nausiated. 🤢 British actress Emilia Clarke is the face of the advertising campaign shot in Rome by fashion photography duo Morelli Brothers.
