I adore a no-bake tart as often they are an easy to make and absolutely delicious no-bake dessert that makes a change from a cheesecake, and you can make so many delicious and different flavours. Oh yes… thats right, HERE IT IS! The tart to end all tarts, the dessert to win any guest over and one of my favourite bakes I have ever made… my no-bake kinder bueno tart! No-bake tarts When you have put the first third of the cookie dough on the base of the tin, and the second third around the sides of the tin you fill it with the spread – I find this easiest when the spread has been microwaved ever so slightly!

I layer some of the mixture into the bottom of the in, drizzle on a little extra hazelnut cream, some kinder chocolate pieces, and some kinder Bueno pieces! I do this a few times until I reach the end of the ice cream. I then just add a little more extras and freeze! To be honest, I am a Kinder addict! I purposely wanted this recipe to be overloaded with Kinder goodness so i topped my mixture with all things Kinder – buenos and small chocolate bars along with more hazelnut spread. YES PLEASE! For the decoration I tried to keep it relatively simple, but honestly… it never is. I piled on some milk chocolate regular kinder Buenos, some white chocolate kinder Buenos, some kinder chocolate pieces, and some chopped hazelnuts. You can add on some melted chocolate, some whipped cream or anything else you fancy, but I love it the way it is. For teaspoon (tsp) and tablespoon (tbsp) measurements, please use measuring spoons* and not the type of spoons you eat with. Again this will ensure accuracy and provide the best results. It ended up being quite an elaborate bit of decoration despite being oh so simple to do and achieve! Other than being absolutely scrumptious for some decoration, it also looks impressive. Some of my favourites include my after eight tart, my white chocolate and raspberry tart and my salted caramel easter tart… but this one?! This kinder bueno tart?! LIFE CHANGING! It honestly tastes like the insides of a kinder bueno and its the dream. I will say though… in this pie? I use 750g of the stuff. So… a lot. There are a few places you can buy a similar product such as Morrisons. It’s an optional extra, but its meant to represent the filling of the kinder bueno! You can just use a layer of nutella to still get the hazelnut flavour – or you could even mix half nutella with half white chocolate spread to make your own. I recommend using light brown soft sugar for delicious flavour and a more gooey cookie, but you can replace it with caster sugar if you can't get hold of brown sugar.

For the full recipe with measurements, head to the recipe card at the end of this post. How to make Kinder Bueno Ice Cream I went for a simple no-churn recipe for this recipe because it is always just so easy. The idea is you use only a few ingredients, whisk, and you have a mixture. You simply then freeze it! You don’t need to mix it when freezing, and you don’t need an ice cream machine. For the base of this ice cream, I use double cream, condensed milk, and hazelnut cream. You can easily leave the recipe at that for a delicious base, but obviously, I always want to add more goodness to it. If you are unsure, you can whip the cream to soft peaks on its own, and then fold through the condensed milk and the hazelnut cream. Both methods work well! It’s up to you entirely. You can also use a different spread if you fancy! I found the chilling technique meant it baked better (especially if your cookie dough was too soft!). The baking is a little stressful but you just have to roll with it. I have a fan over and baked for 30 minutes at 180c! You don’t want big chunks of chocolate as you need the pie to be sealable so chips, or small chopped chunks of chocolate is best. Filling

Yes! I would suggest adding 2 tsp vanilla extract and perhaps some chopped roasted halzenuts for delicious flavour and texture. Troubleshooting I know my timing has missed most of the summer, but I have been so busy! I am a firm believer in being able to eat ice cream year-round anyway, but honestly.. can we just appreciate the photos of this recipe for a second?! I wanted to post a recipe that I knew everyone would adore and love – Kinder Bueno anyone?! The absolute best of the best. I have always loved Kinder Bueno as you know so, it was about time this happened. Start by mixing the softened butter, caster sugar and light brown soft sugar together until fluffy and pale, about 3 minutes. Then add the egg and vanilla extract and mix to combine. Next, add the plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and bicarbonate of soda. Finally mix in the chopped Kinder chocolate.I will say that the cookie dough is much easier to mix with a mixer – it has quite alot of dry ingredients in it on purpose as it needs to be solid! If your cookie dough is ‘wet’ then you will have measured something wrong. It will need additional flour in it to make it dryer! Any spread theoretically works (I will be posting other versions on my blog in the near future!) but you can swap too Nutella for a cheaper and easier alternative to the hazelnut spread if you wanted! But for the correct result, you do need the 750g. I used the same base recipe, but had to increase it so that there was enough. This took a bit of work to get it right, but I thought the easiest way to do it was to focus on a tin size ( I used this 8” springform cake tin for best results). Recipe tips! I tried using other tins without a springform and they do work if you line the sides, but as with cheesecakes I found this springform one the best as it made it so much easier to come out after it had been baked!

Yes! You can use Nutella, or any other similar spread. Nutella and a white chocolate spread would be a delicious mix! Can you make the ice cream without the hazelnut cream spread? Oh that’s right… I HAVE GONE THERE. I have finally posted one of the most highly requested beauties of a recipe in such. a. long. time. AND I AM SO EXCITED FOR YOU TO BAKE IT!! The main answer? JUST LOOK AT THIS BEAUTY! It’s absolutely perfect. The kinder bueno flavour is just one of my favourite things ever, so I tried to emulate that into a no-bake tart for you all. It’s best to use an electric hand mixer, or a stand mixer, to whisk up the double cream. It will take much longer by hand and require a lot of work! If you find your oven is a tad temperamental its best to lower the temp slightly and bake for longer but you are looking for a deep golden! Once baked, you leave it on the side STILL IN THE TIN until it has cooled for at least an hour. After this, I put it in the fridge for a 4-5 hours (or over night!). For the ganache, it follows the same idea as my biscoff tart, baileys tart, and my billionaires tart by making a simple yet DELIGHTFUL ganache with few ingredients. I then press into the spread some chunks of kinder chocolate and kinder bueno and set it in the freezer for 30 minutes! Then, I cover the top with the final third of cookie dough. This then gets set in the freezer again for an hour before baking!
