Crystalized Ginger 70% (Ginger, Sugar), Dark Chocolate 30% (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecthin, Natural Vanilla Aroma). Our Belgian chocolate is a blended couverture from Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire and Sao Tomé, for a rich creamy texture with a lingering flavour and glossy sheen. Fiery spice beautifully compliments dark bitterness for a bar that offers a loving kick of unmistakable flavour. We’ve chosen a ginger from China, where centuries of know-how ensure a consistently strong and spicy ginger flavour, perfect for our needs. The rich bittersweet flavour of dark chocolate with the spicy and slightly sweet taste of ginger, resulting in a delicious combination of textures and flavours.

Please note an extra day maybe required for deliveries to Northern Ireland and remote parts of the UK such as Highlands and Islands. During the summer we reserve the right to delay shipment if the weather is circa 25 degrees over a 2-3 day period to ensure your items arrive in the best possible condition.
