Description

Unlike many standard phone armbands, this running armband grips your phone with a series of elastic bands. The benefit of this is that it can hold pretty much any smartphone up to 6.5in, while also giving you better access to your phone while you’re out on your run. All of which would be fine if the Freetrain succeeded at its main purpose, which is to make your phone easier to access on the run than any other product, but it doesn’t. While it might be better than an armband, I certainly found it less easy than using a belt. The vest is very comfortable and it fits really well. My iPhone 12 fits in perfectly and is easy to access. You’ll feel like a professional athlete wearing the Freetrain V1 Vest with it’s smart and sophisticated but practical design.

lululemon’s Fast and Free Run Belt is a sleek and lightweight belt that can keep your smartphone safe and secure during your run. I’ve used a variety of running belts and they’re a good option if you don’t like wearing an armband. The vest has straps on either side so you can adjust it to meet your personal preferences, whether you like a tight fit like me or a slightly looser fit. I went in skeptical thinking it wouldn’t make all that much difference to my current solution of a waistband. I was wrong. It makes a huge different to making you feel you have a bit more freedom to move, whist keeping your phone safe, but easily accessible. If you’re looking for a phone holder for your daily or weekly jog in the park, you may have considered a running belt as an option for you. The most common phone holder for running is the phone armband. It’s also the most affordable, lightweight and, arguably, the most convenient. Most of these fasten round the upper arm with velcro and are big enough to hold your phone, but not much else.

Feel – Carrying on from the previous point, you want a phone holder that feels comfortable to wear. Ideally, you don’t want to even know it’s there. If it feels like it’s cutting off circulation or restricting your breathing, that won’t be conducive to an enjoyable run. I love the design and fit of this product. There’s no bouncing when running which is rare and amazing. My only issue is my iPhone 11 fits a bit too tightly. Other than that, great product. Additional storage – While the primary purpose of the running accessories featured in this article is to store your phone, you may want some additional storage for things like keys or bank cards.Wow honestly the Runitude Running Vest Pouch Fits really well around my body is comfortable and so useful for running routines specially when Im taking both dogs with me and there is no space for my phone , I definitely recommend the Runitude Running Vest Pouch. Very nice product. Easy to assemble and does the job well. Feels a little bit solid when holding a phone compared to my previous LifeProof armband but so far no issues to report! As mentioned in our buying guide, a running belt can be a comfortable alternative to an armband, as it shifts weight evenly towards the core and reduces bouncing when you move. As the name suggests, the Kalenji phone armband is particularly well-suited to fit larger phones (of sizes up to 6.26 x 3.54in). In addition to that, all the essentials are covered: it’s got a waterproof zip seal and a headphone port, and it fits well on both small and large arms. It’s also got a loop through which you can wrap the excess strap if you prefer to wear it on your wrist. Chest phone holder – these are all about minimalism and easy access. Your phone is right there on your chest. Like arm holders, they don’t hold much else though – keys and a gel or two is about the limit.
