After my first run in the Structure 23, I understood why Nike refrained from categorising the shoe as a stability shoe. The right firmness level is the one on which you feel most comfortable and wake up without any discomfort or pressure points. We employ a 10-point firmness scale to rate individual mattresses, but remember, everyone’s perception of firmness can differ. On our scale, anything from 6 to 10 is generally classified as firm. Contouring and Pressure Relief Plusnet is a virtual provider, which means it uses another provider's infrastructure – in this case the EE network. It offers 3G and 4G coverage, but not yet 5G. How good is Plusnet's mobile coverage?

The densities of the lateral and the medial sides are the same but the wall of the medial side is just much higher. Inward rolling of the foot is controlled by making the medial side more cushioned than the lateral side. The Helix Twilight is a notable exception. The mattress contains two foam layers that adapt to the body, resulting in even weight distribution to alleviate pressure buildup in the shoulders and hips – a common issue among the side sleepers on our team. You can choose between two profiles for your Saatva Classic. The 11.5-inch model contains 4-inch hourglass coils, while the 14.5-inch model contains 7-inch hourglass coils. If you’re seeking extra reinforcement, we recommend the latter – although both versions of the mattress proved highly supportive during various stages of our hands-on mattress tests. The network doesn't offer many incentives (beyond 2GB extra data for broadband customers), although it does let phone customers cap their monthly spending to prevent them from running up huge bills. Under the bonnet of this model, buyers have the option of one of the most advanced engines ever developed for a small car, the 875cc TwinAir. Mid-term facelifts are usually all style over substance. With the 2019 changes to this MK7 Astra though, it was the other way round. As before, there was a choice of two body styles, a five-door hatch or an alternative 'Sports Tourer' estate.

This is no more of a stability shoe than the Pegasus, or the Vomero is. The only thing that it shares in common with previous Structures is the name.The idea is that you should use this feature around town where you won't need all of the engine's torque anyway and it's here that you might also want to activate the provided 'City' button, there to lighten the power steering so that tight manoeuvring and parking become much easier. Not that you'll need it if you opt for the extra-cost 'Magic Parking' system, able to able to auto-steer you into the tightest space. Another boon around town is ride quality that soaks up the very worst that potholed, speed-humped and cobbled streets can throw at you. The five-speed manual gearbox can sometimes be a little notchy, but if you're urban-bound, that might offer you an excuse to try and find a Ypsilon that was originally fitted with an auto gearbox; this transmission option was rarely taken up and was only an option for TwinAir buyers. From January 2024 if you have a 3G plan or a 3G device, you’ll no longer be able to access our 3G network, so you won’t be able to access the Internet, use social media or messaging apps, such as WhatsApp, or make or receive video calls with family and friends. You will still be able to make and receive calls and texts on our 2G network. Previous versions felt as stiff and hard as a plank of wood but the 23 is actually fun to run in even though it is less versatile.

If you were looking forward to a similar shoe to the Structure 22, you will be bitterly disappointed in the new Structure 23.

Better Sleep for a Better You.

In the running shoe world, it’s very rare that an update undergoes such a big change that it is unrecognisable. The only other example I can think of is the Nike Vomero 14.
