Description

Let’s Build A Zoo is always throwing new things at you without letting the previous stuff get stale." It's time to Build a Zoo," reads the press release. "Construct and decorate enclosures, buy and breed animals, hire zookeepers and vets... then try your hand at DNA splicing, and stitch together over 500,000 different types of animal. This can only go smoothly..." Want to focus on conservation? Saving the planet? Farming? Going green? Going vegan? Stopping animals from going extinct? How about a focus on breeding every possible genome? Or perhaps you just want to keep the local transport system fully funded? There's so many different directions your zoo can take, and Let's Build a Zoo gives you the tools to pursue your specific goals. It's time to build a zoo! Let out your wild side, and create your own animal empire with this cute, expansive management sim. Import and breed rare creatures, hire the right staff, keep your visitors happy, and deal with plenty of weird and wonderful events. Then try your hand at DNA Splicing, and stitch together over 300,000 different types of animal, ranging from the majestic Giraffephant to the peaceful PandOwl!

Let's Build A Zoo puts you in charge of your own animal sanctuary, where you can build beautiful enclosures and fill them with a whole host of different animals. It's your choice whether to be an eager beaver with grand designs, or let it all descend into otter chaos. Feel like running a zoo, populated with all manner of disturbing hybrids? Ever wonder if a rabbit would still be as cute if it had a snake’s head? It feels really fast paced with the day to day too. There is a pause mechanic of course but to see if things work or not you get a small window of opportunity to make corrections and with all the systems running it just sorta made me feel incredibly anxious. Using a script or add-on that scans GameFAQs for box and screen images (such as an emulator front-end), while overloading our search engine Carp-e diem! If you're looking for aquarium DLC for your favorite zoo management sim, you've come to the right plaice.

Let's Build a Zoo News

Your adventures on this unexplored Dinosaur Island will be full of brand new quests, moral choices and news articles. Build a successful Zoo in this lush, fresh setting, and make meaningful choices to shape it! It's not all cheerful panda-ing though, as Let's Build A Zoo can get pretty dark if you let it. Sure, you can build a loving environment for your animals, guests and staff... but with a fully-fledged morality system, you have the choice to go down an evil path, work your staff to the bone, and essentially turn your zoo into a meat factory. Oh deer, oh deer. Here I've been asked if I want to return someone's lost dog, or steal it and dress it as a lion for fun and profit. However, they’re not just mindless wallets on legs. Visitors need toilets, bins (if you don’t want litter everywhere) and they want to see that the animals are cared for. Also, if you want them to stay, the zoo needs decorations and, for late evening opening, decent lighting. All of this uses electricity and there’s a need to be ecologically responsible, so you might want to build wind-based electricity generators and pump your own water. It's time to Build a Zoo! Construct and decorate enclosures, buy and breed animals, hire zookeepers and vets... then try your hand at DNA splicing, and stitch together over 300,000 different types of animal. This can only go smoothly...

If your animal splicing experiments are starting to feel a bit stale, there's some good news; park management sim Let's Build a Zoo is getting some aquarium-themed DLC later this year, opening up the potential for even more adorable/terrifying creature hybrids in your life. With all that said, everything else is translated pretty well and makes the game relatively easy to play with an attempt to use as little buttons as possible trying not to convolute the controls. It’s a hard task but one I think Springloader has done creatively and intelligently. Dinosaur Island Expansion DLC If you think we're serving you a bait and switch, think again! I won't be so koi about the huge amount of stuff to do in Aquarium Odyssey, including 100+ new shops, decorations, facilities, enclosures and more. Honestly, any fin is possible. Last year's Dinosaur Island DLC introduced various new prehistoric tools to play with - including dino DNA to turn into even weirder creatures - and Let's Build a Zoo's newly announced Aquarium Odyssey DLC aims to do something similar, only this with, you know, wet stuff. To celebrate, we've put out a brand new free update for the base game today, called the Sloths and Spas update! We'll leave you to guess what's in that. The audio in-game is extremely joyful. Tightly knitted together with all of the sound FX from the Zoo you have just created, it really creates an environment you can just relax and game in. Obviously to relax you need to make sure you keep to your schedule! Longevity

Let's Build A Zoo is available for PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch and PC ( Steam / Epic Games Store). On jumping into the game you are asked to choose your avatar from a selection shown on the screen. Secondly, you are asked to name your first Zoo. If you are indecisive like me this might take more than it should. You are then taken on a tutorial for this park management similar. This shows you everything from local menus (in-game) and how to build, to looking after your animals and guests. I am not going to lie, it took me a while to get to grips with everything in my first zoo. For instance, the first time playing, I totally forgot to feed my animals (not good right?). Choose Your Mascot!

What we have here is a game that could potentially be played over and over again. You the gamer are the only limit when it comes to how much you can get out of it. For example, if you are a gamer that easily gets bored of sim titles this might not be the game for you. However, if you love a bit of park management and ensuring everything is in tip-top condition then you could lose months in game, Conquer The Zoo World Final Thoughts I very rarely play sim titles, such as Let’s Build A Zoo, on a console as I always find that the controls with a keyboard and mouse are usually a lot better. Although this is an amazing title, I think I would much prefer it on PC as it does feel a little clunky at times. Graphics & Audio Experience Springloaded's Zoo management sim Let's Build A Zoo, alongside the newest DLC, Let's Build A Zoo: Dinosaur Island!Add to that hundreds of buildings, foliage, decorations, staff, guests and path types, and there are plenty of ways to really put your mark on your zoo. There's no release date for Let's Build a Zoo's paid Aquarium Odyssey expansion just yet, but it's said to be coming to PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and PC "later this year".
