Description

This new technology gives even better and fuller spray than Airless technology, currently the highest standard in the market. Thanks partly to the new technology, the machine can spray all the usual materials using less power, which makes it far more efficient than its predecessors. An Airless sprayer usually consists of a suction pump that forces liquid through a spray tip as explained above. The liquid can be either paint, stains, emulsions, primers or any other water- based or synthetic-based liquids. Usually you cannot use an Airless machine for paints with granular solids (used in fillers and for some colors). FLEXiO sprayers are typically lighter and more portable, making them suitable for various smaller to medium painting tasks.

Weight and Portability: The Wagner 250M is generally lighter and more portable compared to the 350M (13.2 Kg). This makes it easier to move around and use for extended periods without fatigue, which can be advantageous for medium size projects or when maneuverability is essential.Disconnect the outlet valve and release the tiny ball, which is situated in the disconnected plug, and try priming again. If a leakage occurs during use of the device for the first time, it could be that one of the seals is not properly joined. While a manufacturing defect is not a common occurrence, it is possible in this case. As you can read in the Airless section, an Airless machine is suitable for spraying large surfaces, has a wide range of applications and provides a nice finish. However, an Airless sprayer produces relatively a lot of overspray, is harder to use, less forgiving, and makes quite a bit of noise. The two-finger trigger design provides more precision and comfort, allowing you to work for extended periods without fatigue. It enhances your productivity and ensures steady, even application. Practical Carrying Handle There are a number of different Airless sprayers, subdivided into the conventional Airless machines and the new range of HEA – High Efficiency Airless – machines. The older line is based on machine capacity (power). The higher the power and yield, the better the atomization. This is true to a certain sense, but it also has its downside. For example, the finish of these machines may not be so neat and they tend to produce overspray, purely because of the high pressure. Meanwhile, however, the technology keeps on developing further and the improved spray tips can be used with less pressure. The new HEA tips are far more effective, producing perfect atomization under less pressure. The benefits include being able to work more neatly in cleaner strokes, with far less overspray outside the edges of the stroke. In addition, HEA Airless machines even claim a 50% reduction in overspray, making the work cleaner and neater too. Finally, this machine is less susceptible to wear which must result in higher operational reliability and a longer service life. Why an Airless paint sprayer?

According to my observation, Wagner HEA control pro 250R and 250M airless models share many similarities. Both feature high-efficiency airless technology with reduced spraying pressure for precise control and less overspray. Common projects for this type of paint sprayer include: indoor and exterior walls, wooden sheds, ships (especially two-component paints). Furniture, doors, floors, impregnation projects, etc.An Airless sprayer is especially distinguished by its clean finish. Unlike other techniques, the Airless spray gun is so good at atomizing paint that it sprays walls or any other similar object extremely well. For many people, for example, plastering is an expensive part of a building or renovation project. Only Airless produces such a clean finish that it justifies painting over newly plastered walls.

Disconnect the suction and the return hoses, release the inlet ball valve that is situated at the bottom, and try priming again. Please complete the warranty form and attach several photos that show the problem clearly. Your request will be handled immediately. Airless device no longer works It definitely proved its worth, and I felt like I had made a smart investment. More interested in popular Wagner sprayers. Wagner 250 M Control Pro The Wagner HEA PRO 250R is the ideal partner for medium-sized projects, such as new builds or home renovations. It is perfectly capable of spraying all current water- and solvent-based fluids and is specially developed for DIY, building managers and service providers who use spray painters on a regular basis. The model is handy to use, compact and easy to store. This paint sprayer has a plastic housing and is therefore lighter than the M variants. The reduced spraying pressure allows simple and clean working with an Airless device, providing maximum control with up to 55% less overspray. Perfect, streak-free results are possible, even for first-time users. The lower pressure also supports effortless operation with the high-quality Airless gun, which features significantly reduced trigger pressure and recoil compared to conventional airless sprayers. If you are not fully satisfied with the result, the following reasons might be a factor: namely, no clean / smooth finish; use of too much paint; or excessive amount of paint mist. Thanks to the high-quality Airless gun with two-finger trigger, maximum operating comfort is guaranteed. The 9-metre hose is extremely flexible and offers a wide working radius.

Airmix and Airless are very similar techniques. The only difference is that Airmix uses compressed air as well. The pressure of the sprayer is about 50 bar. However, air-supported spraying adds about 1–1.5 bar of compressed air to positively influence the spray pattern. The Control Pro 250 R is from a completely new generation of Airless paint sprayers, which are equipped with High Efficiency Airless, or HEA technology. This is based on innovative nozzle technology combined with a highly efficient but pressure-reduced pump.

An Airless paint sprayer is a device that falls under a specific category of paint sprayer. In general, there are three techniques besides the conventional techniques of painting with a roller or brush. The different techniques are called Airless (High Pressure), HVLP (Low Pressure) and XVLP (which falls in between the first two). Airless appliances are used if the result has to be really smooth. The beauty of Airless is that the finish can hardly be smoother. Many professionals as well as DIY users and consumers use this technique. Think, for example, of your smoothly plastered walls. It would not be a good idea to go over these walls with a roller. The wall being painted is not clean, and releases chalk / dust that may get blown around. This may be regarded as paint mist. Always make sure the wall you wish to spray paint has been cleaned. In addition, the inclusion of airless technology with the ability to spray at a reduced pressure not only enhances control, but also extends the useful life of the sprayer, making it a long lasting companion to have by your side for a long time.
