They're just really, really convenient to use. They hold their charge very well so you don't need to charge them often, they turn on almost instantly, they're precise, they're responsive, the auto-timer function is great if you need that, and I find the size and shape of them to be really good to use especially when it comes to espresso. The price. They're probably around two hundred quid more than the majority of people would consider spending on coffee scales – and some would see the price of these scales as utter lunacy, see what I did there? ;-). But they are made with pricey materials, they're certainly well built, and nothing feels cheap about them. Price – it's one of the more expensive coffee scales. It's not the most expensive by any means, but it's probably outside of what most of us would be comfortable spending on coffee scales. I also like how simple they are, they're cool looking scales but they're incredibly simple to use – and I'm a fan of the auto timer function.
