Ein schwieriges Unterfangen in der andalusischen Pampa, aber ich habe es geschafft… Rimacinata heisst übrigens „feingemahlen“, dieser Griess ist also feiner. Endlich kann ich Nudeln wie eine italienische Mamma machen!
