One of my favorite quotes from the book is Geezers initial reaction to seeing Ozzy. Gezzer met Ozzy in 1968 when he was 19. "And there he was: a skinhead, dressed in his father's work gown, without any shoes on, a chimney brush over his shoulder and a sneaker on a dog lead. That's right, a sneaker." I found this hilarious and it sets the mood for Ozzy being a chaotic person in which you never know what to expect. i found myself reading it a few times and just laughing. Ozzy enters the story in a chaotic manner but becomes a great asset who makes you laugh at almost everything he does.

Finding myself in a serious holiday malaise and more entranced with my trial DC Universe subscription than reading, this was the book I finished out 2018 with. And it was entertaining enough. Will Osbourne, Iommi, or Ward be upset with anything they read in the book? “Probably, yeah,” Butler says. “But it’s things that were happening at the time, and we’ve all grown up and got through it all since then.” Anyway, all that said, not a bad story. Lebbon is a good writer and while the characterization is flat, and the dialogue seems also-ran-ish, I stayed tuned in til the end. Also i need to say that I got this in audio and sound effects didn't help...mostly they just annoyed me. I don't need to hear wookiees howling, driods beeping and so on as the book is being read.

What I liked: A nice little story, well written characters and fun to read with its good and bad moments. She was on a mission to prevent a possible system-wide catastrophe, and whether everyone in the system knew that or not did not detract from its importance. Butler: Well, it's very sad that humans can't seem to learn from past atrocities. It's always down to politicians trying to impose their politics through violence then, after years of war and bloodshed, acting as if nothing happened. As the tale reaches its climax, a confrontation between the siblings becomes inevitable. In their final encounter, Dalien's plans are unveiled in their entirety: he wants to open a hyperspace rift even at the risk of obliterating Tython. Despite Lanoree's desperate attempts to reason with him, a battle ensues. Faced with no other choice and to save Tython, Lanoree ultimately resorts to taking her brother's life, stopping the impending disaster. I have to give a lot of credit to author, Abe Moss, for his building of suspense in this story. The novel opens with a family getting killed in a mysterious and pretty horrifying way. I frankly expected that to be the lead into bringing the story’s heroine, fourteen-year-old, Nell, and her foster family into danger, but Moss had a better idea. As the foster child and foster family get to know each other in suburbia, Moss keeps introducing more and more people who die terribly out in the wilderness where we know the foster family is planning to vacation. By the time the family heads out to their cabin, the death rate is already incredibly high, and things do not look good for our heroine. I wrote about three or four manuscripts, updating and altering as I went along. I had help from Benjamin Dirs, who researched the tours and album timelines - where and when - and album chart positions, etc. Nell and Hux were easily the standout characters for me, but all the character work was surprisingly thorough. even the small characters were really well developed. Things go downhill when a storm arrives, Julie goes outside in search of her phone, and a big green light outside changes the personality of everyone outdoors. Some strange alien form is feeding off humans and killing them. This supernatural thing is out to get everyone in it's path. I love the countryside ... I do a lot of running and cycling, and live in the best part of the world for that.

In this era, the Je'daii are taught all areas of the Force, both Dark and Light techniques of accessing it, but they must maintain balance. As Journeymen, they are sent to the different Je'daii temples specialising in different disciplines (science, art, medicine, martial arts, and alchemy/magic). I hate to say it but this was such a disappointment. I had heard this book wasn’t exactly the greatest, but I always try to go into books with a positive mindset. Unfortunately, I think it was a very weak book. I love the idea behind this. A time where Sith and Jedi were the same: Force users utilizing both dark and light to Get Shit Done. What I did not like was Lanoree. She was fine, there wasn’t any specific thing I can point to about her that set me on edge. I simply didn’t find her empathetic or engaging.
