You can get jackets that will be even more water resistant, even more wind resistant, and even more breathable than the Stormcloud, but if you are in need of something to carry in your bag in case the weather turns, I can certainly recommend the Berghaus stormcloud (it's a lot better than just a cheap packable mac, that's for sure! The model listed here is the men's version, though there is a women's Stormcloud jacket available too.
