About this deal

I know she has a big room for more developement and I loved how in the end she ended her ''fling'' with Anna and chose herself for the first time. Their engagement is a sham, arranged to save Cordelia's reputation and James is in love with Grace Blackthorn, whose brother, Jesse, died under mysterious circumstances years ago. At love, at friendship—they undermine and destroy them until in the end you find you are bitterly alone with the secrets you kept. Like sure, she’s the daughter of the head of the London Institute but surely the rules must apply to her, too?

but why i don’t believe in their love is bc of this - ariadne was the one who pulled back from their relationship before, when she got engaged to charles. but it was so much more, and i love seeing all the nuances to the characters who were so beloved to me before, and apparently still are. The pacing was completely edge of your seat enthralling and the beloved characters completely will keep you invested throughout! Together with the Merry Thieves, Cordelia, James, and Lucie must follow the trail of the knife-wielding killer through the city’s most dangerous streets.i get that she was the way she was bc of the way she grew up, starved of any sort of love or affection save for jesse’s. his story also really shows the you can't fix someone just by loving the person and telling them they are okay , a person has too believe those things themselves and accept themselves and want too get better , that quote from Magnus at the top of my review about Matthew really shows that. If you are under 16, please obtain your parent/guardian’s permission before submitting or ask your parent/guardian to submit on your behalf. I still love Matthew , he struggles with his drinking problem and the things of the past that haunt him and that story continues here and is truly heartbreaking. Not to mention how inconvenient it would be to other states, cities, villages etc in India if everyone had to report in Mumbai.

Lucie Herondale — Cordelia's soon to be parabatai who is hiding a secret from everyone she loves—she can control ghosts and is on a necromantic mission. The only reason I didn't like it is that I wanted more of Lucie and Jesse and yeah (the Spoilery part). Neither, because both of them are completely different from each other with different plot lines despite the characters being the same.I just love him when the gracelet isn't affecting his brain that much and I'm not sure who I would like to marry more. Not gonna lie I expected Filomena to play a bigger role in here, but nope after probably 200 pages she was killed. She has secrets and never really apologizes for hiding them from her family and friends when they could have helped her.

Not that I was ever going to wait patiently for it I can be quite impatient lol, but this is pure torture. She just HAD to knock on the door, she just HAD to come to James while he and Cordelia were just about to have the conversation, right? i loved that ari fucked up but now she’s all determined to win anna back - as she should, anna is such a badass. Only one more month till we have to endure for torture, heartbreak and lots and lots of sobbing (I'm sure).like everyone knew, matthew always preferred a hopeless love bc he never wanted things to get too close to his heart, and he always did have a habit of getting his heart broken time and again - then again, cordelia was different bc he was her friend, first and foremost. First of all, it was unnecessarily long—and when I say it was too long I don’t mean that it was maybe fifty pages too long, but hundreds of pages too long. Her books have more than 36 million copies in print worldwide and have been translated into more than thirty-five languages. words cannot convey how worried i am cause i’ve heard some very conflicting things and i don’t wanna end up hating my fav characters for the decisions they make. I was originally going to read my fairyloot copy when it came, but it's already been a month and it's not here, so instead I bought the paperback.
