About this deal

It isn’t too hot either… I’m usually cautious with new chilli/hot sauce products that say they are hot just in case, but I ended up putting quite a few teaspoons of this on my sandwich and it was immense. We add new videos year-round, with all the tips and tricks you need to know to grow your own chilli plants from seed at home, from our experts here at the Farm.

Tangy, fiery and hot, this makes a great addition to stir fries, rice dishes, or simply as a versatile tale sauce! I am not a huge spice fan, an although this is hotter than I would normally go for, the taste and quality ensure it's still really enjoyable. Officially known as Bhut Jolokia, or the Ghost Pepper, it was recorded as the world's hottest chilli in 2007. Content on this site is not intended to substitute for advice given by medical practitioner, pharmacist, or other licensed health-care professional. The first taste had me sweating all over and the second spoon full has just rocked my mouth for the last ten minutes. I’m using it on all my stir fries, my personal favourite was adding to pork tenderloin for a Pad Thai. Full disclosure I like hot sauces but I don’t liked them too hot, my palate cannot take it and when I taste something too hot I just get the heat and nothing else. Naga chillies were the 2007 hottest chilli on earth (hotter ones have one been developed), it's heat will stay with you. This is a new Hot Sauce for the year, I have two other recipes I want to try that I’ll post in a few weeks but for now, if you’re looking for a nice smooth, creamy Hot Sauce then you should check out this Artichoke heart-based Hot Sauce.

The blend of chillis does a fantastic job of giving you an initial kick (the naga) and fantastic flavour with a 5 minute burn (the hab). But it was so popular that we decided to keep this powerhouse of a peach hot sauce around for a little longer!

The Dorset’s had a decent wall thickness and a bit of weight to them, I have the Dorset plant undercover so the weight of the pods wasn’t water, also the pods were picked mid-week then left to dehydrate a little over a few days before I used them for the sauce. You certainly don’t need very much on a cracker but it gives a great depth of flavour while still nicely burning your mouth off! We use a combination of plump peaches and Indian jolokia naga chillies to create a lip tingling hot sauce with a fruity flavour. This is not super-hot, but works well as a sprinkle-on sauce that can be deployed on pizza, chilli-con-carne, chicken legs etc. I find it just a little difficult to control the heat and the nagas really bite you in the bum – quite literally in this case.

Using the latest in culinary science, we have combined the fiery heat of Ghost Pepper and scotch bonnets with a balanced ratio of vinegar and aromatics to create a flavor profile that is as bold as it is spicy.
