About this deal

Like many other Bvlgari fragrances, this is undeniably subtle, beautifully made with the signature tea note. Clean skin with a blast of ginger and spiced candied florals that can come off a bit predictable and sweet but I don't think it's too "young" of a scent. If there is a downside to it, it's the linearity, as that's Bvlgari's Achilles heel that they never seem to overcome. We're now in an amazing, soft floral/pepper/musk accord - offset with just right dose of tannic black tea bitterness (almost the exact smell of slightly overbrewed black tea) to offset that softness and keep things from getting too watery. I never really lose the cardamom but the flowery aspects of the composition start to show themselves after a few hours.

I keep giving them a second chance to see if I've changed at all, but maybe we're just not a good match.Longevity is excellent but many complain b/c this cologne adjusts in your senses so you can't detect it while others around can. The subtlety although admirable, could do with a boost in the sillage department so both the wearer and the people around him can enjoy this fragrance through all its stages. It smells like green tea and i wrongly bought this last summer last month ago and wrongly wearing it. This mild, beautifully aromatic fragrance is perfect as an introductory scent for a man who doesn’t like, or wear edt. What I got instead was a whole of lot of aldehydes and especially a whole lot of musk--as a result, this comes across as very "perfumey.

This is soapy, which I normally love, but it's soapy with all the edges and contrasting sharpness scrubbed out of it. I was interested in this because of the tea, but to my nose, at least, that note was pretty buried within it.I felt obligated to wear Bulgari Pour Homme because to me it smells like the Platonic ideal of an expensive, flawlessly tailored and pressed suit. First smelled this on a friend who was standing about three feet away but the wind was blowing in my direction. When I first tried this years ago, I thought it was just another boring fresh scent that didn't interest me in the slightest.

Bvlgari has a knack for making beautiful, refreshing, casual yet classy fragrances that are always sure crowd pleasers. Great office scent because it is not offensive at all, and you can lather it without worrying about offending anyone. This scent is all over the place and everybody is optimistic about the future, Still CGI, chrome, glass, steel, personal computers haunts someone’s mind. Pour Homme is a subtle, delicate green tea infused with flowers and a little pinch of spices, which dries down to musky and woody aroma with green tea playing around. What a MASTERPIECE, Bvlgari Pour Homme you are a beauty, this is real cologne for real professionals who enjoy life but keep business as business, who does not need to prove anything to anyone.Even the "extreme" version is not "extreme" for today standards (but is different and, a pity, stronger, too strong for me). I've not smelled a tea note even CLOSE to the quality of this smooth operator aside from Gucci pour homme II. Although tea is listed as the most prominent note in the survey above, the tea note here is very light and blends in with a lot of the other notes.

The alcohol is pungent when I first spray this on, and it starts off with a generic "perfume smell", but it quickly settles in to a fresh, green, woody fragrance. Smells like freshly washed clothes but in a classy way like expensive hotel soap or Italian shaving cream. anyways, i never liked it and i would never recommend this cologne to anyone, unless you like to smell like tide detergent. After trying few modern releases, I've been craving colognes from the yesteryear - clean, musky, easy to wear, and not overly sweet.Bulgari pour Homme is comfortable and refreshing: the perfect fragrance for men who wish to exalt their personality subtly.
