Switches offer high frequency control and room control so the amplified sound can be adjusted to cater for the aborbstion of the room and the positioning of the speakers in the room to make sure the resulting sound is as natural as possible. The highs are very detailed but not overly bright the mids are open accurate and fast and the lows are very punchy, dynamic and tightly controlled all the way down to 40Hz and below. In addition to the sharp high tones, the mid-range was concentrated, not pushed into the background at all. This process includes a thorough visual inspection of the instrument, electronic components including pickups, switches and pots are tested.
