The palate shows a powerful bouquet of fresh orange, ripe berries, vanilla and delicate spices with a robust structure. Consisting of 85% merlot and 15% fruit liqueur, the aperitif has wonderfully sweet and bitter nuances. A subtle blend of selected wines and fruit macerations, Lillet is matured according to tradition in oak casks in our podensac wine cellars, South of Bordeaux.Created in 1962 in Podensac, a small village south of Bordeaux, by Maison Lillet using methods passed down since the 19th century.
