There seems to be 2 different types of bed - "my first ready bed2 which has inflatable bits down the sides, and a normal ready bed which doesnt. So even if it does get dirty from being carried about you can rest assured that you can throw it in the washer and it will come out as good as new.

I probably washed and dryed it on too high a setting in my haste to have it ready for the next night. Machine washable cover and easy to pack away in to a carry bag, ReadyBed have thought of everything for your convenience and your child's comfort when spending nights away from their own bed.

If you're planning a sleepover, a camping trip or you're going to stay with friends or relatives who may not have a spare room, it's an ideal solution as it takes up hardly any space when it's deflated. The 'plug' on the bed was located in the pillow end under a piece of fabric which was good so that you could easily hide it away from little hands. The bed was big enough for the pair of them to fit in, and even with two children lying, jumping and rolling over the bed it didn’t seem to lose any of the air and was just as comfy as when I first pumped it up.
