The title, which is scrawled onto the wall behind her 'I'll Take My Leave Of You’ is subtle but when seen makes this piece whole-heartedly positive as it shows her determination to beat her curse. Continuing on from my previous pieces inspired by the legendary franchise and embracing the iconic Delorean time machine what I have done is to create a very different scene that is inspired by one of the most memorable scenes from the first movie, the Enchantment Under The Sea dance that saw Marty’s parents-to-be get together for the first time with a little help from the main man himself.

Not issued in the UK (for some reason), so expensive on Import but as a collector of Picture Discs and Soundtracks its well worth it. I have just bought this for a suprise Fathers Day gift for a huge huge fan of the Back to the Future movies! Her face is abstract, showing 2 sides to her (more on this later) and at the point where her curse is being lifted suggesting that she and those who have fought to save her have won. I always look for a hook within the original narrative that captures my imagination and where there is a particular character that I feel empathy and interest with. Not to be confused with the masterful, essential complete score album, this album instead features all of the songs from the film. I have created several pieces that are set underwater and have enjoyed the challenge to achieve that effect where the objects truly look like they are surrounded by water, I wanted to create a piece that looked really cool and nostalgic but that had a beautiful and magical quality to it, to ideally open the appeal of the image to a wider audience.Highlights from Alan Silvestri's score were condensed into just two tracks, and a few songs in the movie were not included at all: 'Mister Sandman' by The Four Aces, 'The Ballad Of Davy Crockett' by Fess Parker and 'Pledging My Love' by Johnny Ace. I would recomment this one as a cheap present to a fan who either doesn't have a turntable or has an equally cheap equipment.

Then the pandemic took hold, and it is only now (September 2021) that the film finally makes its long-awaited appearance. Featuring illustrations and unused poster art created in 1985 for the film, this vinyl reissue has been remastered and pressed on 180 gram silver vinyl.
