About this deal

A beeswax-based shoe polish makes it possible for us to care for our leather shoes in a natural way. Now you’re ready to waterproof leather boots with beeswax…and care for any other leather items in your household too! They'll stay suspended inside as sort of, 'micro beads' that will degrease your items as it conditions and protects.

Our polish is handmade here at Chain Bridge Honey Farm to a recipe handed down by Mrs Florence Robson.our leather polish has the highest concentration of natural beeswax so you won’t need to reapply often. Being undyed/natural coloured its suitable for any colour of leather though you’ll likely notice it on white leather so you may not want to use it on your spectator or cricket shoes. Beeswax happens to be an essential ingredient in several care products for both walking boots and skin care. Find out what beeswax is used for and how to use beeswax to improve the durability of all your leather items so that you can use them for years to come! This pure beeswax Leather Balm is enriched with silk protein, natural minerals and vitamin E to bring out the beautiful shine of your leather.

For the wax and oil mixture to work into the leather surface, we need the leather to be at least room temperature. As you can see, beeswax is much more than the stuff swimming around in your honey or what people use for candles. The oil and butter moisturise the leather, carnauba adds shine and the beeswax (among other things) add protection and seal.To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. For this, we add a grease cutter to the mix to ensure that the polish soaks in evenly allowing for max protection. If necessary use water and a neutral pH soap to remove dirt and stains and allow to dry before treatment. Ensure the surface is clean and dry by dusting it off or using a damp cloth to wipe it and then leaving it to dry.

Beeswax (Previously known as nature’s first plastics) is a versatile natural ingredient produced by baby honeybees, which has been used by people since ancient times. No matter what type of leather item you’re looking to protect, Clapham’s Beeswax Leather Dressing is a powerful beeswax leather care product you should have in your home.It had to soften the leather; Dying can end up removing the natural oils in the leather so I needed a way to put them back. In modern times, beeswax is recognized as an effective ingredient for wood finish and leather finish. This tree is found in Africa and inhabitants have used the rich nut butter in a variety of ways for centuries. It was even better once the mixture warmed up and I could get a decent amount onto the cloth which sped up the process. This is one of the best I’ve come across – use a decent sized dab on a cloth and circle it into your leather sofa, jackets, trousers and so on.

I felt that the experience was personal and that I mattered instead of the usual impersonal careless treatment so often delivered by online companies . Ingredients: beeswax, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, hemp seed oil, coconut oil, vitamin E (to extend shelf life and prevent rancidity). Many commercial silicone polishes may indeed give your leather a lustrous sheen making it look brand new. Consider the following example: you’ve got your trusty walking boots with countless miles on them, and to be honest, they’ve seen better days.Ideal for leather sofas, classic car interiors, shoes, boots, handbags, leather jackets, saddles, tack, riding and stable-yard boots.
