If they really are bulbs with a filament in and they run at mains voltage then it should have four fuse bulbs, one for each circuit. This is usually behind a small door on the plug, which you can slide open with your thumb or a flathead screwdriver. Short answer: other bulbs are now getting a slightly higher voltage, new bulb blew but maintains circuit or inserted wrongly in socket.
