I didn't realise this was a collection of a few stories, like The Lost Adventures and Team Avatar Tales. With eight stories total and a pretty varied group of creators behind them, including Avatar: The Last Airbender creator Michael Dante DiMartino , this anthology had a little bit of everything that I might have been looking for in new Legend of Korra stories. However, as always with anything from official sources: my kingdom for more Asami content, the scene with her mom was lovely but so so short! And while those elements are definitely on full display in the show itself and other comics like Legend of Korra: Turf Wars, it’s nice to see the elements I enjoy so much as a fan and reader in stories that have a shorter length.

Weaver's Ball" - In her youth, Korra has to overcome the restrictions of the Southern Water Tribe compound. A really cute volume with a lot of short stories about different characters from the world of Avatar and Legend of Korra. My favorites were definitely Naga and Korra's first meeting (though I had read this before), Korra and Asami being big sisters to Jinora and, wildly enough, the Bumi and Meelo team-up. I genuinely laughed at a few moments, which is always a good sign for stories set in the Avatar: The Last Airbender universe. It's nice to see the Legend of Korra characters back for another comic book, I'd recommend it to those who are looking for more content after finishing the series. Clearing the Air" - Tenzin relates the tale of a fight he had as a youngster, and what the confrontation helped him discover about his Air Nomad heritage. A beautifully illustrated anthology, it was lovely seeing Korra’s first encounter with Naga, Asami interacting with her mother, and Korra and Asami guiding Jinora as she begins to learn more about what defines her as an individual.
