To taste, the flavour journey isn’t much of a journey at all – more a big hit on the taste buds that continues through the palate and finish. Bay is a key element for achieving aromatic intensity; Sage adds an intriguing herbal note; Lemon Verbena brings a touch of citrus; Peppermint is evocative of Galicia; Eucalyptus gives balsamic notes; and Samphire adds a novel, salty note of an Atlantic sea breeze, so reminiscent of Galicia. I may from time to time choose to do a second review and amend my opinion of a product, should I feel like it and find my review criteria has evolved, or that I’ve found it different at a later date.

Nordés unique character is inspired by its origin in Galicia and the freshness of the Atlantic ocean.
