It has yet to actually make it easier for me to fall asleep, but I think it is safe to say there are extenuating circumstances. These books will help you understand the meaning of the crystal, and its properties, help you identify them, and provide other helpful information.

However, she does not think that the positive impact of crystals is due to an opposite ‘placebo’ effect, but the book gives no reason for thinking that.
