About this deal

At this very moment I hate Dean… but I know once I get to his book I will have a different opinion about him. We love a good redemption arc. Next book is Miles and he is my favorite so I know I am going to love it so much. Gathered in one place at the Kingmakers Academy the future heirs, accountants, spies and enforcers from different mafia families are forced to deal with each other for 3 years with the understanding that they don´t kill, maim or fight each other on kingmakers territory. And nothing will go unpunished a kill for a kill is what they say. The romance. No slow burn, no tension, no consent. The moment he felt like he wanted her, he kissed her. I’ll go deeper into this later. No one will love her better than I can. No one will cherish and protect her as I will. The Heir, Chapter 36, 88.1% But… It was also a love triangle, which I’m not a huge fan of. It gave me a lot of anxiety while reading it… especially because of the circumstance that lead to the triangle. Not gonna lie… I liked the first half of this book much better than the second. I was really into the build up of the story until mid-book and then bam… anxiety hit and I needed to run through the rest cause I was like damn… don’t like where this is going. But it worked out how I wanted it to at the end so it’s fine. I made it through.

First off all the boy was drugged and didn't even stand a chance to stop it and couldn´t even stand up for himself in that situation, second of all when he tried to explain to her what happened she didn't let him talk and practically walked away from him without hearing what he had to say. (he didn't even have to explain himself to her cuz girl he´s your bestfriend and not your boyfriend so get yourself together he didn't owe you anything) Goodreads Librarians are volunteers who help ensure the accuracy of information about books and authors in the Goodreads' catalog. All the light went out of my life,” I whisper. “I’ve been so dark without you.” The Heir, Chapter 24, 69.3% Anyway, besides for the romance, the atmosphere of this book was pretty awesome. Such Hogwarts vibes… minus the magic and add in the mafia. Uch, so much cooler than my college.Hero: Leo Gallo (18), athletic, honorable, a natural leader and loves Anna irrevocably; his initial arrogance was replaced by a sense of responsibility by the end of the book. Callum and Aida's story Brutal Prince was an explosive ride and the glimpses of Nessa made me super excited to read her book! And for the amazing narration, Chloe Ryan, Michael Gallagher and Gregory Salinas were the perfect cast to bring these characters and their story to life. They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, gave each a voice that was a perfect fit for that characters persona, sounding believable in every role they played and just as I pictured the characters to sound. They set the perfect tone for the story, grasped every single emotion from their character, had you feeling them as well as the angst, the thrill and the suspense. These mega talented narrators are versatile voice artists and entertaining storytellers. Thank you for this exceptional listen. And what was up with Miko’s erectile dysfunction problem? He’s had a hard time getting it up and cumming before meeting Nessa, but with her around, he gets hard immediately and can come in under a minute. Damn, Nessa must have some magical virgin p*ssy. ✌️

Then a Russian character reinforces the stereotype that Slavic (in his case Russian) girls are whores because Petra was clearly not enough to convince us. Aside from all of that, the book was boring. The first one was more entertaining and believable than this one. On my way home from work, I stop and buy a bag of fresh chrusciki for Anna. Little spots of grease seep through the paper bag from the egg and cream pastries, dusted with powdered sugar to suit their name of “Angel Wings.” She’s writing her university entrance exams today. I already know we’ll have something to celebrate. Anna is brilliant. I’m sure she’ll pass with top marks. The inspiration of Harry Potter is very clear from the start. I got a feeling like Divergent too, when I thought of combat classes and the capture the flag task. Pls Remember that this is a dark romance kidnapping story! The characters in this book are not 100% in the head so keep that in mind while reading this review and reading this book!
