In fact some of them have even spent hours upon hours every day on foreskin restoration. If you have phimosis, you will also most likely have a sensitive glans. Glans in circumcised males are not as sensitive as with uncircumcised males because it has been consistently exposed to the outside environment and has been desensitized quite a bit as a result.

Passive stretching- As the name suggests, it is the process of stretching your phimotic band without any physical effort, using rings. Passive stretching is extremely crucial to progressing with phimosis stretching and is essential. Through this method, you wear rings over your phimotic band for a certain amount of time every day, and these rings stretch your phimotic band evenly in all directions. Proper attention should be paid to wearing the appropriate size ring. If the rings are too tight, it can cause tears in the phimotic band. If it is too loose, it may fall off and may not provide enough stretch. Night- Stretch using 2 fingers before sleeping. (Optional- Apply steroid Betamethasone cream sparingly on the phimotic band before sleep). Medical emergency requiring immediate attention. Treatment involves reducing swelling and returning foreskin. LIFETIME WARRANTY -We also provide lifetime warranty which means if you lose or break something, we ll send you a replacement free of cost. A: Phimosis rings, also known as foreskin rings, are medical devices designed to treat phimosis. They are made of medical-grade materials and are inserted under the foreskin to gently stretch and widen the opening.

You can only retract your foreskin to the extent of the surface area covered by the phimotic band. Anything beyond that, and you will feel pain and discomfort. If you try to forcibly retract your foreskin beyond your phimotic ring surface area, it may result in what is commonly called paraphimosis (which you should avoid at all costs) or at the very least, cause small tears on your phimotic ring (If you try to retract forcibly) which when healed will contract further, and hence prove to be counter-productive to your goals. Extra virgin organic coconut oil- Preferred lubricant for phimosis stretching. Acts as a good anti-fungal, has a nice smell and lubricates the skin nicely. Do you know that there are also millions of circumcised men who actually regret not having a foreskin? The phimosis cream provided by Phimocure, is specifically manufactured to help to provide greater foreskin elasticity, and contains Aloe Vera to help to limit inflammation.

Get a feel for your phimotic band first and evaluate which stage of phimosis you are in currently. Use the appropriate ring size based on your phimotic band diameter to start with your phimosis stretching. Use lubricants such as coconut oil while wearing the rings. Keep using the ring daily until it becomes loose enough to fall out by itself regularly. Use anti-fungal cream to counter fungal overgrowth. Do daily exercises such as frenulum stretching and two-finger stretching regularly. Work on improving your glans sensitivity daily. Be patient with seeing results and you now have a clear and simple path in your phimosis journey ahead of you. Castor oil- Equally as effective as coconut oil, though some people find its smell, not to their taste. As you transition from level 2 to level 3 phimosis, you will find that you can now retract behind the corona/ridge of the glans (when flaccid) but it will still be tight over the shaft and create a horseshoe shape Level 3- Can retract behind corona when flaccid ( 18 mm to 26mm) but not when erectTwo-finger stretches not possible until the transition to level 3- Aside from phimostretch rings, you may want to use two fingers to complement your stretching process. However, you may find that your phimotic ring is still small enough that it doesn’t allow you to insert two fingers to do your stretching. However, you can just grab the sides of the phimotic band to do your stretching. Please note that you need to allow time for the skin to heal and new cells to develop. You should never feel pain while wearing the rings as that is a bad sign. It is a sign that your phimotic band is getting inflamed. In that case, you need to stop wearing it for 3 to 5 days so that your foreskin can heal fully. If it doesn't heal within a few days, try using a Clotrimazole anti-fungal cream. What if the next ring size is too tight? Larger sizes are produced with a crucial frenulum channel. As we discussed previously, it is critical throughout the stretching process, to prevent inflammation. As the larger sizes begin to place greater mechanical stresses on the foreskin and frenulum, the design of the phimosis rings has to be anatomically optimised, to ensure that blood flow is not impaired, and the comfort requirement of the wearer is met. The reason for this is that rings can trap moisture during usage which forms a friendly environment for fungal infection. Hence applying a clotrimazole anti-fungal cream after every usage helps safeguard against such infections.

Somewhere during the level 3 stage, your foreskin should no longer feel tight behind corona when flaccid and should retract and move forward freely without any tightness (during flaccid state). If you tie a thread in a knot in a circle and try to stretch it, the phimotic ring pretty much feels like that. The good news is that this tight phimotic ring is quite thin and hence it is easy to increase its surface area over time. (Using Phimostretch rings accompanied by stretching techniques). Is Phimotic Ring present in normal foreskin? If simple conservative measures fail to improve the tightness, your GP will normally recommend referral to a urologist for further advice General measures The complications associated with steroids aren’t usually an issue with the creams used to retract the foreskin. Those issues are mostly related to long-term oral use of steroids.Start by choosing a smaller ring size and putting it on first. Now, how do you put on the ring using this method?
