But it happened after 3 mnths of following a ****ty routine.. And my brain literally askd me not to step anywhere near a gym.. Result.. A gym membership in vain.. I think including the Clean and Press instead of standard overhead Press is great (and then adding the power exercises like Push Press), I had no idea how exhausting the clean and press is, once the weight starts going up.
