Not much point in paying attention to my five stars as QOTSA have been my favourite band for a while. Like Clockwork was produced by Joshua Homme and QOTSA, recorded by Mark Rankin with additional engineering by Justin Smith, at Josh's studio, Pink Duck, in Burbank, California. First up is the one that started it all: Back in print after a long, long decade, Queens Of The Stone Age’s self-titled 1998 debut album will be resurrected digitally September 22, with a vinyl release date of October 21. It seems different to the digital version in that the production seems to work better, I guess that’s down to the mastering.
