About this deal

We looked at how SD cards were inserted—you’d be surprised how many don’t work unless they’re inserted upside down! Basically to summarize I need to be able charge the Quest while I've got a data+power device plugged in as well...

I'm looking for a USB Type C Male "Splitter" to two USB Type C Female Connections, One for fast charging and the other for data, Although this Splitter can be a C Male (Quest) to C Female (Charging) and A Female (Data+Power) as well... Output ports: Make sure you get enough ports to attach the number of devices you’re likely to need. Most USB hubs have at least 3, more often 4, output ports, but at your desk, you may need a lot more than that. Also, consider whether you are attaching any USB-C devices (most output ports on hubs are Type-A). Power Delivery is a negotiated connection. Both devices communicate with each other to establish their maximum voltage and current capabilities and not every device can take the same voltage. At the start of the connection both sides expect 5V, then they exchange information and synchronise up to a preferred voltage and power level. Powered or not? Some USB hubs come with their own AC adapters so that they can provide more power than your computer delivers from one of its ports. Bus power from your computer can be pretty low, not enough to juice several power-hungry peripherals at once or to charge devices at a reasonable rate. By definition, a USB hub that needs its own plug isn’t very portable. Lasuney’s 10-in-1 hub (two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, two HDMI 1.2 ports (4K@30Hz), DisplayPort gigabit ethernet, microSD/SD, USB-C power input) offers a lot for your money, including an unusual mix of not one, but two HDMI ports, and even a DisplayPort. Thanks to ethernet support, the hub can replace many of your wired connections. Power input is rated at 100W in, with about 87W available to the laptop.

Upstream connection (Type-A or Type-C?): USB hubs have multiple downstream ports to connect to your devices but only one upstream connector, which could be a port but is often a built-in wire that connects to your computer. Many laptops, including a lot of the best Ultrabooks, only have USB-C ports, so your hub's upstream connector would have to be Type-C. However, there are devices that can act as a USB splitter would. An example of this is the USB hub.

Anker’s hub was among the fastest we tested to deliver data under load, including simultaneous data transfer between USB-A ports while the SD ports were active. The hub offers an 18-month warranty, and it even ships with a carrying pouch. Currently, there is no technology that supports USB hubs having 5 or more USB-C ports. It’s missing from the market. The chips required for this are missing, therefore, making it so that users cannot easily access or access this technology at all. Yes, it’s possible to simultaneously use both ends of the USB splitter without any issues, but the transmission speed can decrease compared to when only using one end. How often should I change my USB splitter? The USB hub allows the user to connect about 6 to 7 different devices to the computer. This expands the functions the computer can perform and gives the user a chance to do all they need to do while having one single device. Can you have multiple USB-C ports?
