About this deal

There are three predefined values for the reference objects: Hare - 0.3 m height, Boar - 0.7 m height, Deer - 1.7 m height. The Axion 2 XQ35 Pro's highly sensitive European Lynred thermal imaging sensor combined with a strong 35mm f1.0 Germanium objective lens delivers an impressive detection range of 1300m for a standard 1.8m object in complete darkness, and continues to excel even under challenging conditions such as dense fog, heavy rain, or high humidity environments. Pulsar Axion 2 XQ35 Pro Features: I had initially assumed that an entry-level thermal unit like the Axion 2 XQ35 might only allow me to spot heat signatures at close ranges, or might only identify a heat signature without offering the ability to differentiate between different types of animals giving off a heat signature. Like any thermal unit, it takes a bit of time to get your eye in, but once you have, you can differentiate between a hare, fox or deer through the Axion 2, even at a distance. Speaking of distance, I’ve been able to spot heat signatures at 1,000m. I haven’t really had the opportunity or cause to try any further than that. The thermal sensor resolution is 384×288, 17µm (Made by Lynred) with a VGA AMOLED display. The objective lens is F35/1.0 with a 2-8x magnification. A low magnification is generally preferred for a thermal monocular. The field of view is 18.2 m at 100 meters. Of course, it is not just the sensor that is responsible for the image. Axion has a fast aperture lens with high infrared transmission which, too, helps with the quality as it is able to capture finer heat signals.

Axion 2 thermal imagers are equipped with a stadiametric rangefinder which allows the user to determine the approximate distance to an object of a known size with reasonable accuracy. Last but certainly not least, the €1690 price tag puts Pulsar Axion 2 XQ35 well ahead of the competition. Pulsar produces superior devices than Infiray, Guide or Hikmicro yet offers them at a lower price. This makes it very difficult for the competitors to keep up with Pulsar. €1690 is an incredible bargain for a device of this caliber. Pros Summary: It's interesting that Pulsar doesn't keep prices sky-high when they obviously can afford it. Pulsar devices are in incredibly high demand. There's no reason to believe that this Gen 2 model wouldn't sell like hotcakes if Pulsar made Axions more expensive. Instead, this company comes out with new devices each year, and every new release is more affordable than the last. Kudos to that. Where is Pulsar Axion 2 XQ35Made?

The Axion 2 XQ35s highly sensitive European Lynred 384x288, 17µm, <25 mK NETD thermal imaging sensor, combined with a powerful 35mm f1.0 Germanium objective lens, provides an impressive 1300m detection range of a standard 1.8m object in total darkness, even in difficult conditions such as dense fog, heavy rain, and or in environments with high levels of humidity. Infiray manufactures E3+ thermal imaging scope, whichis made out of plastic and rubber. Axion 2 models are more ergonomic. However, the image quality of Infiray does not trail too far behind Axion 2 XQ35. E3+ doesn't offer an interchangeable battery, which is a bummer. Note that Infiray is made in China. Infiray E3+ thermal monocular costs €1799. Infiray Cabin CBL25 vs. Pulsar Axion 2 XQ35 If you (the customer) requests DPD (our courier) to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in safe place either via Parcelforce text, app, direct instructions or via historical instructions given to DPD to be applied to your deliveries, then the receiver accepts full responsibility for parcels that are left in a safe place or delivered at request to a neighbour etc. Three levels of signal amplification in combination with a connected smoothing filter aid the user in detecting long-range heat sources. This comes with a 3 year warranty from Pulsar. See the User Manual that comes with the Pulsar Axion 2 XQ35 Pro.

The Axion 2 LRF XQ35 Pro will complement the standard smartphone 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi frequency range with an effective 5 GHz connection range, vastly improving the bandwidth and connection stability, as well as providing a faster rate of data transfer and noise immunity, all for more a more reliable operation of thermal imager and smartphone. The Axion 2 LRF XQ35 has a powerful 384x288 microbolometer that detects heat signatures over 1400 yards away, this is an excellent device for scoping large areas and locating prey. With an included 1100-yard laser rangefinder, this device gives shooters an accurate approximation of their target’s distance. It then transmits these images and information to a pristine 640x400 AMOLED display, giving the user clear, crisp image of their target.
