This gives your cat enough space to move around without feeling restricted while ensuring they still feel enclosed and safe when going to the bathroom. This litter box is only 5.9 inches tall, making it the shallowest on this list, but it does come with a corner splash guard to protect against splashes. It holds a huge amount of litter too. If you have a teeny cat or one that struggles to hop out, just put more litter in to raise the height. The compact size is also an excellent choice for small cat breeds and owners with limited space in their apartments. By scrubbing, you scratch the plastic even more, which perpetuates the problem.

It’s more affordable than other models because it comes with excellent extras, such as the splash guard and the metal scoop. Even though you may notice the price tag a bit higher than your average basic plastic litter box, consider the fact these should last a lifetime. Since you won’t need to ever replace these, they’re more than affordable comparatively.
