About this deal

the overall appearance is incredible. but something that needs to be pointed out, is that they used a lot of soft rubber on this figure, in particular the spikey portions of this figure. my guess is that they dont want people (kids) getting injured from hard plastic spikes. collectors are going to complain, but let's keep in mind, it's a toy, toys should be safe for everyone.

Second (and perhaps most importantly), the leakers & people with insider info over there appear to be repeating the notion that some of these listings that say "MV6" (which is how they denote Bumblebee) are actually mislabeled SS86 products (which happened in the past with at least SS86 Core Wheelie, don't remember if it impacted anyone else). For those who haven't looked over there for the full listings, that means the following: Next up on the reveals today we debuted the all new Crosshairs! TF5 Crosshairs is based on a repurposed design from AOE that saw modifications to the vehicle mode. The licensed C7 Corvette Stingray saw minor body modifications to mimic some of the wider flared details of a Z06, while introducing a new spoiler, canards and an all new livery.Core Starscream could technically be SS86 too, but since Core G1 Screamer already exists, and we already had a rumor that a Core of Bumblebee Screamer was on the way, this one is probably labeled correctly This item is currently scheduled for release, but is not yet available at mass retail. Cores, Deluxes, Megatron

STUDIO SERIES VOYAGER CLASS: Voyager Class figures are 6.5-inch collectible action figures inspired by iconic movie scenes and designed with specs and details to reflect the Transformers movie universe, now including The Transformers: The Movie! The Last Knight presented a number of fantastic robot designs, but they in most instances were absent of any of their vehicle counterparts pieces. In the minority, is Hot Rod. He maintains enough of the vehicle mode to make for an ultra compact transformation, with next to no kibble. I was fortunate enough to partner with Tomo Tatsumi on this item, who delivered on all of the complex curveballs that our RI design team, and vehicle licensor through at him.

Like all the Kreons released that year (at normal retail at least), he uses the new 2015-tooling Kreon body, which basically involves small construction changes on every part below the head, making them largely incompatible with the prior Kreon parts (heads still work fine), but the new tooling adds some extra functionality and structural support. Reach past the big screen and build the ultimate Transformers collection with Studio Series figures, inspired by iconic movie scenes and designed with specs and details to reflect the Transformers movie universe. Speaking of Ravage, is it just me or does it look like the "create a Decepticon" original artwork for Night Stalker as created by Jason Yeo? No I don't mean Nightstalker who's a redeco of Steeljaw and an Autobot. I certainly don't dislike the new one – he just wouldn't have been on my personal top 20 of the things as yet unmade Movie things to prioritise is all. As usual we recommend taking this as a rumor until we receive official confirmation, but until then you can let us know what you think of these discoveries in the discussion thread! This mold uses rubbery plastic extensively, possibly for safety reasons, with his gun barrel, hose, arm-blade, hand, right thumb, and spikes on his legs being cast from said material. In most cases, I think we were very successful in accomplishing that. With Soundwave, I think we had our work cut out for us, and in the end preservation of the bot mode was given top priority.

This item is currently scheduled for release, but is not yet available at mass retail. Hatchet, Hound There are a handful of color discrepancies in this guy, which are unfortunately due to the existing mold plans that had been established with the initial Ratchet release. That means that any parts that are in the same mold, are molded in the same color. As mentioned on Ratchet, there was a lot of PA used on the various portions of the characters, so that’s where we run into things like red hips, and gray fender flares (though the flares didn’t bother me as much, as they made Irohide’s vehicle feel a bit more aggressive and offload oriented) Leader Class figures are 8.5-inch collectible action figures inspired by iconic movie scenes and designed with specs and details to reflect the Transformers movie universe. There are fifteen points of articulation on this figure. That includes four on each arm and three on each leg. You can attach the weapon to either hand and it covers up the forearms, creating the illusion that he has a "gun arm" instead of a regular forearm with a fist at the end. The weapon is designed to accommodate Blast Effects, adding a bit of additional play value.Megatron is either a figure based off of I guess concept art of him for Bumblebee (which should exist since we know he was planned and then cut from the film), or he's G1 Megs (still with a tank mode according to Q&A commentary from the past) In reviewing the concept art and the character model, we knew that a car form was out of the question given how slender the bot mode was. Knowing that she had hollowed out wheels on her heels (which oddly enough her waist down doesn’t show up in the movie) We began investigating a cycle mode that would allow for a for charging front fork. Ok, whose ready to talk Decepticon Seeker THRUST! I love these bot designs from the movie. I think the element that was most notable for me was the care that the design team at ILM put into differentiating the various seeker bots. We got to see some fantastic variations on the design in the film, with some nice nods to the G1 bot forms. We saw reuse of the Blitzwing head on most of the seekers, but the variations in the wing designs, and the awesome use of the “conehead” design helped to set them apart. I also love the variations in the livery treatments that made up the wings, which helped to keep all of the tetra jets looking unique.
