About this deal

At first, just like buying anything online that you have not seen in person, I am always skeptical about these types of machines that make all those "promises," but let me just say this one does deliver if you are looking for a compact, easily usable workout machine that the entire family can use at the same time building some muscle and toning parts of your body. Overall this will give you a GREAT workout. Since the pandemic, there’s been a huge shift in the number of people investing in home gym equipment instead of gym memberships, and with good reason. Setting up a high quality, multi-purpose home gym is far less expensive than forking out every month for a gym membership and an initial joining fee. Folded up, the size fairly small; However, it will not fit under my bed or couch. Though the unit is light enough to stow it elsewhere and set up is less than a minute! This is perfect for a busy lifestyle. To generate resistance, a set of “power pods”, carrying resistance bands, is integrated with one of the multi-directional seats. When adjusting the seat, the resistance adjusts accordingly and in tandem with the seats, making it possible to effectively align the resistance to the targeted muscles for each individual exercise. Since muscles tend to contract along the axis of their fibers, alignment for effective exercising means matching the direction of the resistance in direct opposition to the pull of the fibers of the targeted muscles which is achieved with the Total Flex™ L. This is called “synchronized resistance” - one of the reasons why working out with the Total Flex™ L is so effective. A sleek, space saving design is another reason why customers would recommend the Total Flex L. Use the compact machine in your dedicated home gym room, in your bedroom or in front of the TV. When folded, the Total Flex L is around the size of a small suitcase, meaning you can easily store it under your bed or in a cupboard.

The bench seems pretty sturdy and well built. I don't know how long the padding will last as I haven't had this item for long time but, I can foresee that i could easily replace the padding in the future so I am not worried about that. The Express Program (taking about 12 - 15 minutes to complete; the Total Body Program (taking about 15 - 20 minutes to complete; the Core Program (taking about 12 - 15 minutes to complete); the Lower Body Workout (talking about 15 minutes to complete) and the Upper Body Workout (also taking about 15 minutes to complete). It comes with one of those cheesy workout DVDs, a meal plan, and a exercise guide (very useful). As well as everything you see in the picture except the extra cables. THIS DOES NOT COME WITH THE LEG OR HEADREST ATTACHMENT. Both of which are unneeded, you can do a total body workout without them. and they make the machine less compact. First of all, this is not a heavy duty machine. Its not something you use for serious body building. Each arm offers about 65 lbs of resistance with all 3 cords attached.( compared with dumbbells.)Work out with professional trainers who will help tighten, tone, and sculpt your body in fun sessions that are less than 20 minute each! Each of the exercise programs is suitable for males and females - in fact, the entire family can use the Total Flex™ L, regardless of whether you are fit or unfit. The legs attachment is good if you can't lift much. Me, with all 3 cables feel very little resistance. If you use 3 cables and only one leg I guess you can get some tone but it does not feel comfirtable and stable when doing that. The leg attachment comes with another attachment that works as a head rest. That one I like, but you can only use one attachment at a time so I keep my headrest on. I would not recommend the leg attachment unless you are rehabing or you are an older individual who just wants to keep muscles from athrophying or 130lbs or less person; at my weight I can't find is resistance usable. It seems like a solid machine for most women, and light men starting out. The way I see it by the time you outgrow this thing, if you out grow it. You'd have saved hundreds by not having a gym membership in that time, and if you do decide to start up a membership, you'll have a physic you're not embarrassed of in the gym. My room mate is a much bigger guy than me, about 190, gym rat. He sometimes uses it on days he doesn't make it to the gym. He finds its nice for reps, but does little for him for muscle building.

Kettlebells aren’t just for CrossFitters anymore. Anyone can benefit from the bell-shaped all-in-one tool that’s versatile enough to improve strength and aerobic capacity. When used the right way, it can provide a full-body workout at home. I deducted one star because after a month the frame got a bit squeeky. Tightened the bolts and it went away. The Total Flex™ L features a complete step-by-step professionally planned Training Guide and Exercise Chart, offering a choice of 30+ exercises. Exercises are grouped to form five specific exercise programs designed to meet individual needs such as total body workout, core conditioning, upper & lower body workout. Also, all the exercise programs can be performed in either circuit training mode - to improve your aerobic and cardiovascular conditioning or in strength training mode - to build muscle and strength. I am 6'2", 220lbs and use it comfortably. It inclines and declines easily. Overall, i think even just as a bench this item is worth it. It holds up to 300lbs but I have heard of heavier people using it. So, if you are 200lbs and have 2 dumbbels of 50lbs each, you should have no problems. If you are not using dumbbells, then you can be 300lbs and use it with its cables with no problem.

You can work your legs too without purchasing the legs attachment. You would use ankle straps to do legs. The Ab Doer 360 works your core muscles as your body moves in multiple directions from a comfortable seated position. And after your workout, simply fold the machine into its small suitcase size and store away.
