Go to File and then Save as. At the bottom of the window you will find a dropdown list called Encoding, there select UTF-8 and press Save. The e-mark software works similarly to Brother's P-Touch and other label-generating apps. I found it easy enough to use, but after installing it on my Android smartphone, I kept getting screens from the operating system's control panel asking me if I wanted to keep the Wi-Fi Direct connection to the printer and another message from the e-mark software telling me that I needed to turn off the phone's mobile data functionality to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. The continuous marking feature allows you to repeatedly print the same imprint without having to lift the device from the surface.

One imprint can be up to 14 mm high and 150 mm long. Use the continual marking function in the App to repeat your imprints and make even longer prints. The e-mark is a mobile printer as well as a digital stamp based on inkjet technology and is operated through an app using a mobile device (mobile phone, tablet). This makes it possible to apply individual full-colour imprints on a variety of absorbent materials (from paper to wood) with a simple sideways movement. The e-mark is portable and can be easily transported in a briefcase, handbag or suitcase, ideal for printing on-the-go. It can be operated via mobile devices, such as mobile phones and tablets. The ink is not waterproof. When applying an appropriate pre-treatment, the resistance against external impacts can be increased.Ensure that your e-mark is not connected in the Wifi settings already, if so, please “forget network” in the Wifi settings before (see steps above)

Please note: The e-mark goes automatically into sleep mode when not used for more than three minutes. After waking up, WiFi connection needs to be re-established. Please follow the steps:Never lift up the e-mark during a 2- or 3- line imprint from the paper, otherwise it starts again with the first line. (e-mark only – this feature is not available with the e-mark Create) The first option is to connect via WiFi (mainly for laptops) and the second is a connection via USB cable. Basically, the printers are much more or less the same, where the App (software) that comes with the e-mark create is geared towards the crafts industry and the Apps supplied with the e-mark cater for both the crafts and the business sector for QR Codes, Bar Codes etc. The software already contains more than 40 different font styles, which can be used on any device – regardless of whether it is on the Android app, iOS app or desktop version. Create an Excel list and save as CSV the data of every line in your excel list will be represented in one imprint The e-mark create complements the e-mark product portfolio and is aimed at private individuals from the fields of handicrafts, arts & crafts, DIY and lifestyle. When making a 2- or 3-line imprint (imprint already sent to e-mark before), please listen to beeps of the e-mark – it will tell you whenever you need to change direction for a new line.Please note: If you have an Android device and have problems with connecting to your e-mark, it can help to turn off the mobile data of your device while using the e-mark. Please follow the initialisation guide in the App, which includes connecting to your e-mark for the first time via WiFi (mobile devices) or USB interface (PCs). For first initialisation only set up the WiFi connection through the App and not through the WiFi settings of your device!
