Where the characters in Star Wars: Legion appear slightly stretched, with enlarged heads and hands to show detail, Shatterpoint minis look more like action figures. That’s because each multi-part, hard plastic miniature is rendered in 40-millimeter scale — far larger than the industry standard 28-millimeter scale found in most wargames. When it’s innovative it’s startlingly innovative, and the differences have a massive impact on how the game feels. This means that even in the worst case of Durability 1, all units are guaranteed at least 1 activation before being pulled off the table. All core box models, even the fragile B1s, have a durability of at least 2 which means they have to be taken down a full two times before they’re removed.
