About this deal

The fourth and final box contains all the additional content that the Hasbro Pulse campaign earned via stretch goals, and it is a lot! If the previous two expansions weren’t enough, there are even MORE minions contained in this box, including the second gargoyle figure. You’ll also see Zargon receives a couple big time baddies – for the first time, the Witch Lord is seen in miniature form. And of course there is the largest HeroQuest figure yet, the dreaded dragon Venim! In The Spirit Queen’s Torment, I like the introduction of Silvana as a guest-Mentor for this book. Not only does she employ the Orc Bard Sigill, she takes Udren as an apprentice as well. Maybe it doesn’t fit established behavior for the people involved, but I like how she is open-minded and will to take other such people under her wing.

Pancho wrote:The story sounds *lemony goodness* to be honest. Sounds like the writer has either never played Heroquest or has a big enough ego/delusion that he thinks he can do better. She struggles through the cemetery, leaning on a tombstone for support. She clutches her belly, screaming out an expletive. She remembers being on the couch with her mom, asking what happens if she gets contractions in gym class. Davie laughs then tells her it's easy - she breathes. Imogen takes a deep breath and sees her house in the distance. A is fast-approaching, so she starts running towards the home. The generic "they" I presume is because since there are now explicitly female Orc models, whatever you have left is used for the character so it's a placeholder (could be male or female). I wouldn't personally read any more into it. It's probably the way reason they make Zargon's gender unspecified (because it could be a little girl playing the GM). Frankly I'm all for imagination and "playing a role" but that's me, I'm guessing that was their thought process there. The original KK I believe had one Fimir that could cast rust spells and they referred to the Fimir as "it" which is odd (all the others are referred to in the generic masculine). In Warhammer fantasy lore I discover that magic using Fimirs are usually female. So who knows. One of the cool things about them is that the figures come attached to what are pretty much exactly Citdael 25mm bases, which means that adding my own models in the future will be pretty easy. And yes, I’m liable to do just that. Imogen tells Tabby about the exchange as she thinks it could be Rose Waters, who returned to Millwood after her release from Radley Sanitarium. They have to find the Waters House. If Rose is there, she'll have the answers they're looking for. Sidney eavesdrops on their conversation from the hallway.Filter Quests: (Use the buttons below to toggle ON or OFF the desired quest types. One last part of the puzzle was revealed by Avalon Hill Employees. The Cadre of the Raven Veil. Cadre of the Raven’s Veil clue. Avalon Hill/Hasbro Stephen Baker, the original creator of HeroQuest, has returned to give us the adventure, Prophecy of Telor, where heroes will learn more about the Talisman of Lore and its creator, Melar.

And what better way to try out these heroes than with adventures for them to experience? This box contains an incredible THREE original quest books to discover:

Spirit Queen Career Summary

I was very confused about Quest 2, as the whole outer halls were open but unnecessary; in Quest 5, one or two doors were missing, as there was an orc and goblin in a room that had no entrance or exit. They assemble in front of the Waters house to look for clues to A's identity and his connection to Angela Waters. There's also only one way to find out if A's inside. They gather in the living room as Mouse remarks that the place is even creepier in the daytime. They can't leave any stones unturned. Faran looks around the house and asks if someone else could have lived here, someone other than Angela and Rose. Tabby gets excited as she references a secret formed brother no one talks about, like in People Under the Stairs. Noa looks at her disbelief, asking if she could not with the horror movie references right now. Imogen moves an old wooden plank to find height markings etched onto a door frame. There are two sets of them - both initials are AW. Faran asks if there's more than one Angela Waters. Tabby and Imogen interrogate Sidney about her not telling them that Davie dated Sheriff Beasley. Sidney brushes it off as Davie had a lot of boyfriends, they all did because they were popular. Through the other girls moms, Imogen learns that Davie only dated Beasley for a few weeks in Senior year. Beasley raping Angela was just a rumor that was never confirmed, though Angela did tell them it was him. Davie and Tom broke up right after Davie heard the rumors. In the European conclusion of Return of the Witch Lord, it’s revealed that Skulmar did not actually die and that the traitor Sir Ragnar helped him escape.
