After overhearing Officer Dibble suggesting ways to improve conditions for the police force, Top Cat passes off Dibble's ideas to the Chief of Police as T.C.'s own. The show was dubbed to Spanish in Mexico in 1963, using some of the same voice actors who worked in The Flintstones.
