If you're familiar with the anime then I guess you remember the final exam that was held in that island. Well in the year 2 novels there are two volumes dedicated to another island exam. Before these volumes we were introduced with some students that would play an important role in the future. One of them was a first year student known as Nanase. This girl was introduced in the first volume of this year, and apparently she was sent there to get our main character expelled.
